A good refresher, but not a ton of detail. Loved the diagrams.

This book is most appropriate to those new to dressage techniques. I would imagine regardless of the number of years you have been riding, if you are just now becoming interested in evaluating your riding technique, or analyzing your riding skills in relation to how your horse responds, then this book might be helpful. However, do note this is a beginning book. But, it might get you started on you journey. Good resources are included.

Very well explained for beginners

Great explanations especially about posture and seat and a very good quick book to read when you're trying to fix your beginner mistakes.
