Most people head to the Florida Keys for some rest and relaxation.
Not Cafferty and Quinn
Colby Kennedy has called his old friend, Michael Quinn, looking for help after his sister was hit by a car. The story she’s telling as to what happened to her doesn’t make any sense at all, and has the doctors fearing for her sanity. But Colby is hoping that Quinn and his partner – and girlfriend – Danni Cafferty will be able to get to the bottom of what has left his sister totally terrified.
Because it certainly can’t be true that a zombie nun doll is responsible for the fear that sent her running straight into a car.
Cafferty and Quinn have been exploring the evil, the cursed and the haunted in New Orlean. Hopefully they will be able to discover what these haunted dolls are after in the Florida Keys before someone else gets hurt.

Quinn and Cafferty are asked to come to the Florida Keys by a friend of Quinn's after his sister is hit by a car. They find zombie nuns in the family mansion and Walcott the family cat 🐱 who can sense the zombies. Are the zombies real? Or from the movie 🎥 made in Key West? I would highly recommend this novella and author to 👍 readers of zombie apocalypse mystery novels 👍🔰. 2023 😀👒😡😮
A short story. Quinn and Danni went to Key West at the request of an ex-college friend of Quinn's. This friend collects movie memorabilia and his younger sister almost died, claiming that a zombie-nun mannequin tried to kill her. Then a trio of frat boys are killed in a cemetery, the only eyewitness also saw a zombie-nun. But Quinn and Danni are sure that there's someone real behind these incidents.
If you've ever been creeped out by a doll, this book will definitely put you on the edge of your seat. Screenwriter Kathy Kennedy is housesitting for her brother while he and his wife are away. A prop from one of his movies, a zombie nun doll, is sitting in the corner ... and when it attacks, no one believes Kathy.
Enter Cafferty and Quinn, experts at disposing of possessed objects. While no one believes Kathy, or any of the subsequent survivors of the attacks, they are pretty sure that everyone is telling the truth. The question is, how is it happening?
This is a quick read, since it's a novella. If you're new to the Cafferty and Quinn series, it's a great introduction.
This was an okay novella. I didn’t get the usual spooky vibe from this one that I normally get from a Heather Graham book. I think because it was just too far out there.
This is a solid entry in the Cafferty & Quinn story arch. It is certainly not the best one, and it arguably needed a bit more development, but it is a solid entry overall.
Some cons for me were the multiple characters introduced into the story. This caused some confusion with keep people straight as the piece is really quite short. While multiple characters were needed in some way, having too many certainly pulled away from the story here.
The base story idea had a lot of potential. It all just seemed rather hurried. It was almost like reading a fairly fleshed out outline rather than a complete book.
It's always a pleasure to venture about with Cafferty and Quinn. The fact that they weren't in New Orleans didn't detract from the book. I think making this a short story didn't work out the way it was supposed to. It felt rushed and didn't make a lot of sense at the end. However it got it's usual ending that comes with Cafferty and Quinn. I feel like the Novellas for this series were/are written by completely different people. They have all the right things but some stuff goes a little left. Over all it was a quick short read that I did enjoy.
Zombie nuns are lose in Key West and Quinn and Cafferty are called by a friend to investigate. While the police do not believe the story of Zombie Nuns and are searching for a suspect the PIs try to track down the evil person behind the attacks. Heather keeps the reader constantly in suspense and on the end of their seats. She packed a great punch in a small novella.
I try to be as honest as I can in my reviews of books and normally I love the Heather Graham. They are fun and I love the paranormal aspect but this one was... bad. Zombie nuns of the Apocalypse, running loose in Key West killing willi-nillie. Story made little sense and almost felt like it was written by someone other than Graham. I suggest, unless you have to read every McCaffrey and Quinn story...skip this one.
I downloaded this book months ago. I was reluctant to read it because it only has 100 pahes. I read it in one sitting which is just quick for me. That's the reason I don't buy stand alone novella. By the Time I'm ready to settle down and read it's over. Not a fan of novellas at all. Not worth the money.
I really enjoyed Cafferty & Quinn, but I found this one lacking. Maybe it's the length, but the robot as killer and the motive really weren't convincing. As with some of Graham's other books, I find the editing rather sloppy with this book. I like the characters and I love the setting of the series though.
She is one about Top Authors.. She Writes a Great Story Line for each Character and the Stories Keep you reading Up Late.. I like this Series very much..second Best.. Heathers Krewe of Hunters is my first Favorite.. Have read all twice and some a Third time......Read Heathers Book. Good Reading andMuch enjoyment.....
I've loved Heather Graham's books forever. Each one better than the last. Not really sure what happened with this book. The story was awful, no getting to know and love each character. Just killing and bad editing. Somebody needs a new proofreader, and to return to the climactic stories that made me search for every Heather Graham book I could find
A few days ago Hurricane Irma hit the Florida Keys and devastated them. I can only imagine that these zombie nuns helped cause the devastation. This book was scary! My imagination went wild! Enjoyed this book very much!!!
Any story with Cafferty & Quinn is a good one. They are a dynamic pair and get into some interesting adventures. This time, helping an old friend, they encounter Zombie Nuns on a murder spree. Ridiculous? Not really!
This was another winner. I have read over 100 of her books and loved everyone of them. I highly recommend all her books to everyone who has read Heather Graham will always like her different series. Diana Romano
Love the Cafferty and Quinn series. This was just a short novella, but it has a great story line. I do wish it had been a longer more developed novel. Still we'll worth reading.
I thoroughly enjoyed this wonderful read!!! It was a perfect addition to the series and very suspenseful! I highly recommend it to those who love spooky, well written stories!
Aside from the grammar error, its a good story. I am surprised at the errors from this writer in grammar. Its like reading a rough draft. Over and above that the story is interesting and intriguing.
Go Heather!!! This is a really good shorter book, but not short on mystery, love and horror. It kept me on the edge of my seat!!!😮 I had not read anything with Quinn and Cafferty, but now I will have to get all of those books too!!!😀
Did not like it at all started it and returned it. Usually when you see where I put a one 🌟 rate is because I can't do anything else. I am so sorry for all the hard work you have done but not my cup of tea. Better luck next time.

The editor for this book should be fired. There were so many mistakes. Did anyone proofread before publishing this story? The writing itself was very basic, like a high school student's English paper. Sorry, I cannot recommend this one.
While this story is much shorter than the usual Heather Graham books, it was still a pleasurable read with an interesting plot. Unfortunately, whoever did the editing did a very poor job as grammatical errors abound. Might be worth editing it again.
This was a very fast paced story set in a beautiful place Key West. Love the relationship between cafferty & Quinn. Great suspense & action. Couldn’t put it down! Loved It!
Zombie Nuns coming alive killing people. A cult horror movie being filmed. All happening in Key West. Even though the cops are investigating, one believes and one doesn't. I recommend reading this one in the daylight with all the lights on. 🤣
I was amazed, with Kindle you can't go to the end of the book to see what happens, you have to read Otto the end. I was really surprised by the ending. It was great....
I'm always fascinated by the possibility of the spirit world! If you believe in a God I think you have to believe in the existence of spirits, good & bad!
Zombie Nuns, killings, old friends, in Key West Quinn and Cafferty are ready to investigate. What the heck is going on in Key West? Quinn and Cafferty will find out what or who is behind the murders, is it a Zombie or something that is much more alive and close to home?
