Considerably better than the first issue. This is getting interesting. The story seems familiar, though, so maybe I've read it before? Recommended for fans of Emma Frost.

Continue to on to see what happens … solid setup with some fun mean-girl energy, but still finding its footing. The drama’s there, the powers are simmering, but it’s not quite clicking yet.
