Wow that was a super steamy story... well thanks to Ryker, of course, the with his dirty mouth and his possessive, caveman moves! Both authors did an exquisite job delivering an amazing plot, I devoured it and to be honest I wanted more Ryker, he had sweet innocent Lola drooling all over him something that is totally understandable.
It is a fast paced plot with the instant attraction between of our characters who by the way are older/younger theme (my favorite) and if you like J.S. stories you'll definitely gonna love this one as well with all the hot scenes that come with the book! So I'm looking forward to reading more from both authors!

This one wasn't for me. It might tickle your fancy, but it didn't tickle mine.
Lola (18-yo, virgin) has wanted to be with Ryker (40-ish, rich mechanic) since she was 16, and Ryker has wanted her for just as long. Lola's mom is a tramp, so she has to get a job as a waitress in a sleezy bar. Ryker shows up to protect her every night but won't make a move due to the age dif. Then he says f*ck it and tells her she's his from now on. He teases her a little and then just plows through her virginity all angry and aggressive.
Didn't work for me because there was no passion or tenderness. He didn't worship her or kiss her or anything like that. He didn't even care to make her first time special. Even reading it, it sounded painful. Didn't turn me on at all. I can take the violent sex if it's mixed with passion and desire. This was just the act of sex without any emotions.
So - if you like that kind of stuff - you'll prob like this one.

It wasn't the worst but it wasn't good, either.
Or maybe just not for me?
Dunno.
What I do know, however, is that the hero treated the heroine like a piece of meat with 2 holes.
And that was pretty disturbing.
Lola was pretty dumb but she was 18 and constantly horny and her ability to think on her own was almost non-existent.
And she just did what her vagina told her to do.
As for Ryker?
Well, he was a growling asshole with some serious control issues and not that many redeeming qualities.
He was completely obsessed with Lola, true, but their relationship was all about going at it like rabbits and not much else.
I honestly didn't feel any emotions between these two or much chemistry.
Unless horny is an emotion.
This whole thing was just lacking.
And like I've already said, not for me.

Another fantastic collaboration between Jordan Marie and Jenika Snow! I'm a huge fan of Jordan Marie's, and Jenika Snow's smutty novellas are one of my favorite guilty pleasures. These two authors worked fabulously together in Ride My Beard with writing styles that blended seamlessly and virtually undetectable transitions between the two of them.
A very quick and sexy read, Ride My Beard was not at all lacking in character and plot development. A touch of taboo with an older man, younger woman storyline, the hero, Ryker, was an over-the-top, protective, alpha male who whatever, and I do mean whatever, it took to get the virgin of his dreams. Ride My Beard is steamy escapism reading at its best.

I thought Jenika Snow and Sam Crescent wrote sexy books together but Jordan Marie and Jenika Snow's collaboration are even "hotter than July!"

3.5 Stars to Ride My Beard by Jenika Snow & Jordan Marie.
Ryker & Lola.......
Ride My Beard was very short, very sexy and steamy. Ryker is the epitome of rough and gruff. I might even say grumpy, lol. He is an absolute alpha. While Lola is young and innocent and beautiful, Ryker is much older so he hold himself back from making a move on her. However, he does keep a protective eye on her from a distance. I had some trouble connecting to Ryker. And while I did find him sexy, I didn't like him sometimes. I do like my alpha heroes over-the-top possessive and protective, however Ryker just came off as a bossy a-hole sometimes. I found myself wondering more than once if he actually loved Lola or whether or not it was purely lust.
I liked Lola as a heroine. She had spunk. Even though she was a virgin, she was confident when it came to her feelings for Ryker. Lola was the one to make the first move. Good for her!
This book is a very quick read and overall, I enjoyed it. I do wish there was a bit more character depth and background. Besides the less than stellar past Lola lived through, we know very little about Ryker.
If you like very short and steamy, with a dirty talking, over-the-top alpha hero, you will enjoy this book.
This is my honest and unbiased review.

Great read if....you like quick reads, very dirty, intense alphas, insta love, and an HEA.
Side Note: This was exactly was I was expecting. Sexy, dirty, and filled with the over the top, all mad dog crazy in love alpha. It was an easy read. Well written. It was perfect for a mid morning work break read or a quick bubble bath read. This series is proving to be fun and spicy. Keep up the great work ladies.

Plenty of chemistry between the H & h, with just enough back story to give you something for your brain & heart as well as your lady business.

This is the second collaboration from two very talented authors and I must say they work well together. Lola is 18 years old and a waitress at Bottom of the Barrel, a local bar in her small town. She hates being groped by the customers but there's not a lot of employment opportunities in town. She's had the hots for Ryker since she was 16 and he fixed her mom's car. Ryker Stone is a mechanic who owns the local garage in town and he's old enough to be her father. He can't stand the bar but he goes there every night so he can watch Lola working. He knows a sweet young girl like Lola deserves better than him but he can't help it when she offers herself to him. This was short but filled with sweet and hotness.

I love Jordan Marie and Jenika Snow separately but writing together? Well that just increases my love for them. Ride My Beard is a fairly quick, extremely hot read. If you love dominant males, a wanting for someone and not thinking that you could have it, and a book that will get you all sorts of worked up, then Ride My Beard is the book you need to be reading. That’s it, simply stated that this book is hot, sexy and I know I am looking forward to more from these two authors working together.
