Received an Advanced Review Copy for my voluntary review. It was a fun book. We have Kaitlyn who gets dumped by her boyfriend Branch on her vacation, and then he steals her room, what a jerk. She has no choice but to stay in a run down hotel. The hotel ends up being run by none other than her brothers best friend Cole, who she has always had a crush on. Cole can't believe that this is Kaitlyn all grown up, and their chemistry is hot. Cole is a single father, who shares custody of his 2 year son Gavin with his selfish ex Amber. He tries to avoid Kaitlyn, all of two minutes because of the guy code of don't mess with sisters. But of course they give in, and they fall in love, and eventually have to tell her brother, who flips..But of course it all works out.

Oh boy what is a girl to do when she catches her boyfriend in the act?
Go on the vacation trip alone that you planned together of course. But things are a mess from the start. The airline lost her luggage, he room at the resort is occupied by none other than the cheating boyfriend and a female friend and the Island is all booked up except a rundown motel who happens to be run by her brothers best friend and her teenage crush. Yep! Can you tell this is going to be interesting.

Read on and enjoy the adventure that is Kaitlyn and Cole. These two have great chemistry and a story line that will melt the heart.

Don’t tell Violet Paige a sweet and naughty four-star read. This was my first Violet Paige read, I thought I had read her before but apparently, I’m a virgin!! (I have two other books on my TBR, needless to say they are being moved to the top)
This was a great read, its fast paced and sweet with enough heat to keep you interested. There is enough drama to keep you hooked and sweetness that’s not to overbearing. Kaitlyn is having a rotten time everything is going terrible for her, things don’t look like they could get any worse. Boyfriend dumped her before vacation, but instead of getting a girlfriend to go along she goes alone and things just start to get interesting.
If you are looking for a fun filled drama that you will read in one sitting then this is the book for you.

Kaitlyn in the midst of her crisis she still plans on making the best out of her post-college graduation celebration In South Padre. She may now be boyfriendless, no hotel, no luggage, no friends- that is, until the hotel that she did once have reservations at points her in the direction of a motel Dune Scape- not the nicest place on the strip but the only place with rooms available. She runs into someone who is about to change the course of her disastrous beginnings of a vacation Cole, her older brothers best friend, the object of her affection for ten years is running the motel!
All grown up now-Cole notices the changes in his buddies sister! The sexual tensions are running high in his busted up motel- and he could not be happier. What will the ramifications be if her brother finds out? They are both powerless to stop the slippery slope of lust and love- they are in too deep. Will they make it out together intact?

In this fast paced, whole heart sweet, high sensual heat and fluttering angst treat.
I quickly found myself caught up in this story, loved the connection between the two, I liked the characters, drama, humor, romance build up and of course that all important hotness *winks*
I do wish; there had been an epilogue or another chapter - something added on to the end, I was a bit surprised how it left off- I would have loved to know more how things were going to end up for them- what would happen to Amber, Grayson, her brother- Etc!
Otherwise, I enjoyed this steamy, fun book and would recommend it to others

This is my first book of the autor, Violet Paige, and it did not disappoint. Great book: fun quick read, likable characters and a good story. Definitely I will be looking for more books of this author.

First your boyfriend breakup with you while you are packing your bags to the vacation trip you both plan. Then the plane is overbook, your luggage is missing, your ex took your room and there is no other available. A great way to start your vacation right? Well let me tell you that it is, because of that you went to a run down motel, Dune Scape, that is own by you brother best friend and your crush! Kaitlyn can't believe her eyes there in front of her is Cole and more handsome than ever.

Cole cannot explain how the little sister of his best friend is the sexy beautiful woman in front of him. She is off limits, he cannot touch her, kiss her and make her his. No he can't. But the second night of her been in his motel they can't stop their passion and need to consume each other, only for one night. Okay maybe more... but he has too much work to do in the Dunes and he cannot keep betraying his best friend.

Kaitlyn cannot believe her 10 year dream has become a reality. She is happy with Cole, she is helping him with the Dunes and with his little kid, Grayson, and she is loving this life, loving the Dunes, Cole and Grayson. But can they make this permanent? Can Cole get over his feeling of betrayal so they can be together? Or is he willing to let her go?

I received an ARC for an honest review. Really enjoyed that this was set in South Padre. A different setting for a brother's best friend romance. I'm soo glad I received an ARC of this book! Read this in one day! Another book I would recommend getting!!
Kaitlyn just had her douchebag boyfriend dump her before their planned vacation trip. So instead of going with someone, she decided to go ahead with her trip alone. What happens after is a series of Unfortunate events for her. But luckily for Kaitlyn it lands her on the motel doorstep of her crush of ten years and her brother's best friend Cole.
Cole can't believe his eyes when he sees his best friend's little sister all grown up, no longer the skinny girl in glasses. His attraction to her has him reminding himself about guy code. From being in the Marine Corps with Kaitlyn's brother Ryan, engineering school, a single dad with part time custody, to now being the owner of a motel that's seen better days. He had to leave the Marines when his ex Amber told him she was pregnant, not trusting her to raise his kid without him. What proceeds is Cole fighting his attraction, baby mama drama, Kaitlyn's ex drama, and maybe more then a vacation fling!!

Don't Tell is 5 sexy stars of yummines.

Kaitlyn just got dumped by her boyfriend, right before they were supposed to take a week long vacation from college. So she decides to go on the vacation alone. She gets bumped from her original flight and has to take another one 90 minutes later. When she arrives at her destination she finds out that the airlines lost her luggage. Then she gets to her hotel, only to be told that her ex-boyfriend took her room because he got there first and both names were on the reservation. Now she's got no luggage and no place to stay. The girl at the front desk tells her there is only one place that might have vacancies. It's a little hole in the wall place but at this point she's desperate and has no choice. She goes to the Dune Scape to see if they have a room. When she gets there she finds out that her older brother's best friend is there. She hasn't seen Cole in years and she's always had a crush on him. Grab this book today to find out what happens when you put these two together. It's hot, steamy and will keep you turning the page to the very end.

The romance of Cole and Kaitlin. Cole is her brother's good friend and Kaitlin has always had a crush on him. He is very protective of her and considers her off limits since she is the little sister of his best friend. The reconnect when her boyfriend dumps her and takes her hotel room. She is sent to the only place that might still have a room and it's Cole's hotel he has inherited from his grand dad. Their chemistry was off the charts and sex happens. Could not understand why he was so freaked out thinking her brother would not approve. Thought the book ened rather abruptly. I read an advance copy and voluntarily chose to review this book.

Cute Story
I received an ARC this is my honest review.
The description says it is 1086 pages, it must have free content but doesn't mention it. Mine was not that long. I started this book last night and had a hard time getting my work done today. I kept finding reasons to take breaks so I could read. Yep I finished my housework before I finished the book. The characters were well rounded and the setting was so real. It was like I was there. I was a little disappointed in the ending. I would have liked an epilogue to round out the end. Overall though, great writing!

Hmm, I've read this book and it wasn't until I was posting my review for it's follow up "Don't Promise" that I realized I never posted my review for this one. Oops. I think this must have been during Hurricane Irma. As they say, "better late than never." I really liked this book. The main characters had great chemistry and the problems they had to deal with to find their happy ending were interesting and lacked a lot of angst. Plus single dad's who love their kids are awesome.

This was an okay book and I liked both Kaitlyn and Cole. I guess because I've never actually known any families where a brother/sister has gotten mad because their sibling has started dating their best friend, that I just don't get the big deal. When they're younger maybe, but not when they're in the mid to late 20s.

The story reads pretty quickly and isn't that long. My purchase included four additional bonus stories.

I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book. I liked how the characters always held feelings for each other, Kaitlyn with her crush and Cole with his intentions to maintain the bro-code he has with her brother and best friend Ryan. There are obstacles to be faced including - Kaitlyn moving on from her ex, Cole solving his business dilemma, obtaining custody of his son Grayson, and letting her family know about them. How long can they put aside being open about their relationship?

Sweet

First, I read Don't Promise, then I stumbled upon the first two parts of Kaitlyn and Cole's story. I love how they came together after so many years of her being in love with him. Age difference be damned. She would do anything for this man who she's always loved. She accepts his life, son, and all his baggage. (If only the airline would find hers...LOL). It's wonderful how he finally woke up after all that time and noticed she's not just his best friend's kid sister.

Okay so I love this book!!!!! I found it on radish and then the author sent me the ebook in a newsletter. I haven't read in a while, and this book made me want to keep going. Cole and Kaitlyn have this great chemistry like they were always meant to be. With some bumps along the way, they keep going .
I do wish I can find the next to books in the series.. they are no where to be found. I need to know what happens!!!

It was okay. I can't tell that I didn't like it or did like. The beginning was interesting till the first sex scene. I managed to wade the book, but it wasn't so special story. What I liked was vocabulary and plot. It just didn't worked for me.

I am volunteering to leave a review for an ARC of this book.

Kinda blah

Totally anticlimactic and completely predictable. Even the little tiffs were immediately resolved. It was a little too quick like that. Editing was also pretty bad. There were way too man errors and many times was very distracting to read. Definitely not very good. Has potential but need a lot of work, starting with editing!

A new author for me and this book caught my eye on the reading app Radish, although it is actually advertised under the title of "Dating My Best Friends Sister".

It keeps you hooked, needing to know what happens next , desperate to see if they can make it work against all the odds.

Its funny, passionate, and a good light read.

Liked the story and the characters ... I would have given it 5 stars but all the editing issues drove me nuts. The extra words and wrong words don't take away from the book and the author though and it's worth the read.

One then three?

Wowsers! Kaitlyn did not start out on her trip very well at all. But throw in Cole, her brother's best friend, whom she didn't know was going to be there and you have the start of an explosively hot romance. The Dunes really started to grow on me.

Really good book. The story itself was really good and kept me wanting to read and I loved the characters. I do wish there were a little more details because at some parts I felt little confused. But overall it was a great book. Looking forward to the next.

This book surprised

It was just sweet, cute, and steamy.

I didn’t even read the blurb so I missed it set in Texas which was a plus for me since I’m a native Texan and am familiar with all the locations.

Getting ready to dive into the second one ❤️
