Used to refresh my memory

I read The Power of Habit several years ago. Now, my office book club is reading it. I didn’t have time for a full reread so I tried this summary. It did the trick of reminding me of the high points but was filled with typos and capitalization errors. It could benefit from an editor’s eye.

Solid book

Great read and it's so short there's no excuse not to read it! Definitely recommend this one if you've got 30 minutes
