I picked this cookbook up using my Kindle Unlimited subscription. After bariatric surgery and some complications, I am now a vegetarian and need recipes that I can make at home. Unfortunately, with my limitations (also gluten intolerant and allergic to onions and garlic), there wasn’t any recipes in here that I could use that I didn’t already read about elsewhere. Another issue I had with this cookbook was that it hadn’t gone through either an editor or a proofreader and that definitely needs to be done. The reason for the three stars is that it’s not the authors fault that I can’t use the recipes, but that there are many editing errors that need to be addressed.
