While I generally enjoyed Bound and Saved, the story of Zachary and Sandie (aka Cassandra), I do have what to me are significant quibbles (is there such a thing or is that an oxymoron? oh well, anyway) with the set up for the story. Zachary has a new yacht that is large enough to have 7 staterooms, a hot tub, skeet shooting, a grill, galley, and all the sex toys he could possibly want and he doesn't need some sort of crew to sail the thing? Please! That's not possible. He didn't even have help to undo the ropes tying it to the dock, and there had to be multiple ropes. And abandoning the conn whenever he feels like it? Again, not particularly likely. If you want to go sailing by yourself, you take a small boat that one person can manage alone. Sorry, extended rant now over with.
Otherwise, the sex and the BDSM is delightful. Zachary's change of heart about Sandie is reasonable. So, it was enjoyable if that whole "no crew" thing didn't keep throwing me out of the story.

As sometimes happens, life gets in the way and then I wound up starting this series in the middle and was so captivated and intrigued I had to get the first book and wound up devouring it. Bj Wane is one of my one-click authors and I rarely miss when she has a new release but this one slipped by me. Cassandra Bowlin has never trusted her stepfather but has nothing to back up her gut reaction to the man. That is until she inadvertently sees him order the execution of a man. Fearing for her life from both her step-father and his henchmen, if she's seen, she winds up on the run from Montgomery, Alabama, and winds up in Miami, Florida working at one of the marinas. When she recognizes the two men who work for her step-father walking the docks she immediately runs and hides within Zachary Allen Vancuren's yacht. What she sees through the slatted door of the closet doesn't necessarily shock her but her reaction to the BDSM scene certainly has her questioning her reaction to it. Zachary, for the most part, is a solitary man and he enjoys his rich playboy persona so when he discovers a stowaway on his yacht when he's already out to sea he's aggravated, to say the least. His four-day solitary excursion just turned into a party he had no intention of having. This storyline is filled with mystery, intrigue, emotion, and angst, making it an edge-of-your-seat thriller. At the same time, there are those four days with a rich Dominant playboy and a woman who has discovered she's more than interested in what she witnessed through the slats of a closet door. This was an awesome read.

Wow! What a great start to the new Miami Master's series. Sandie is running from seeing a murder and hides in Zach's new yacht. When Zach goes out to spend some alone time he is not happy to find her sleeping in one of the cabins. Sandie is scared and won't share what she is running from, while Zach is doing some running of his own. He is a tortured soul and can be a jerk, but his past pain rules who he is. Both characters love their families and want to protect them from very different things in life. Can these two souls find some happiness together and help each other through the pain? Come read and find out.
The story captivated me with action, crime, suspense, deep friendships, BDSM, erotic sex scenes, lust, power exchange, spanking, many emotions and characters that are more than what shows on the surface. This author seems to be able to draw me into the story and I stay on the edge of my seat until the very end. Monotonous
I have read several books by this author and really am beginning to find them monotonous. The scenes, responses, acts are all repetetive. I now skip over the sex scenes in order to find a plot. However the plot is usually subdued.

What a great start to the new Miami Master's series. BJ Wane is a new author for me but she is an auto buy for me because her writing is fresh and exciting, with characters that connect and have that chemistry that I so look for when I want to lose myself in a book. This book definitely delivers with a fantastic plot , hot BDSM action, a wonderful cast of characters, angst, plenty of action, suspense, life and death situations, hot sexy, dominant men and tons of passion at play. This book is the suspense-filled story of Zachary and Sandie /Cassandra. I don’t want to give too much away but how they meet is interesting especially since Cassandra is running from a murderer and she takes refuge in a place that belongs to Zach. The settings in this book are written so vividly that I felt as if I was right there with the characters so great job to this author for that. The characters are complex and the plot is multi layered but definitely had me wondering how everything was going to work until the very last. I loved every moment and cant wait to pick up book 2 in this series.

LIFE AND DEATH BDSM THRILLER
I am always excited when I see a new book by BJ Wane, and for it to be a new series, is especially exciting. Wow, this one did not fail to deliver. It is an on-the-edge-of-your-seat thriller, with a wonderful cast of characters, plenty of action, suspense, mystery, life and death situations, angst, and then you have dominant men and plenty of BDSM action.
Cassandra Bowlin will come upon a shocking scene that will have her evil stepfather, order the execution style murder of a man, flee the scene, but not without being seen will have her leaving everything she has behind and taking off from Alabama. With what little bit of money she has, selling her car, and taking a bus to Miami, she will live in shelters and manages to find a part time job that will pay her in cash. Leaving her mother and half-brother behind was painful, and depressing. Sandie is now in danger of becoming the next victim of Jacques Deveau.
Zachary Allen-Vancuren was raised by a single mother who struggled to provide for her son. When he is fifteen and gets into serious trouble, a summer trip to a camp will help straighten him out, but meeting up with six other boys will forge a lifelong friendship and bond. Having his paternal grandfather locate him will give Zach and his mother Carol a little better life, and a purpose for his future. Inheriting his grandfather’s business will turn this dirt poor kid into a multi-millionaire. Sadly, there isn’t enough money in the world to help his mother who suffers Alzheimer's.
The plot will have Sandie seeing her stepfather’s henchmen in Miami and in a panic will stow away on his yacht. Zach is looking forward to a four day trip on his new yacht and is shocked when he discovers Sandie asleep on his bed while he is now out to sea.
There is so much angst and anger between the two of them in the beginning. She is brash, and stands up to him, even making him examine his life and behavior. He can see she has a haunted and fearful look and decides this is only for four days and it isn’t his place to know more. When she keeps seducing him, he gives in and takes her up on her offer, but he lets her know, it will be his way. Why can he not forget her when they return to Miami? Will her sketches help in locating the men after her?
The story has strong BDSM scenes, including group parties, voyeurism, exhibition, spankings, and explicit sex scenes. There is a mystery, suspense that will play out, including intense life and death moments, The book is the first in the Miami Masters, and I look forward to more books in this series.

Ok who wouldn't love a Hot Alpha Man who own a boat...I mean Yacht! I know Zack just might spank me over that and Im totally ok with it. I love me some good BDSM books and I have to say for my first B.J, Wane book that it was ok. A lot of the BDSM books that I have read are a lot more hardcore then this one and I guess I was expecting more. Don't get me wrong. I did love this book and I found that I could flip the pages fast enough to find out what was going to happen, but I guess it took me by surprise and I liked that a lot!!!

A decent story, a nice way to pass a few hours
I'm neither yay nor nay about this book in terms of content but found the writing to be dull and boring. It's my first time reading the author so I will try her work again at some point.
The characters were decent enough, though it took me a while to warm up to Zachary. In some ways I think that was almost deliberate, he was quite an island of a man. The plot was a little unrealistic at times, but overall I enjoyed the storyline, which moved at a good pace. The BDSM play is hot and I have no complaints in that department!
For some reason, I just wasn't caught up by the story, it didn't drag me in and hold me and I just ended up losing interest in it.

Must Read!!!
I really loved this Story it was well written and captured my Attention Right from the start. I've already emailed B.J About the only issue i had with it and that was the Person who read the Audio Version of it unfortunatly it wasnt read well at all but even that couldn't detract from the presents of the well thoughtout catchters and tantelising Scenes. I cant wait to read more of the books in this series.
Would i recomend this book: Hell yes

if i could i'd give it another couple stars but as it is i gave it all 5 :)

I am voluntarily writing this review for this book I received through Booksprouts ARC.
Sandie was on the run from her step father after witnessing him executing someone he was with other men. She was sure that they saw her as she noticed two of men showed up at her house. Sandie left town and wound up in Miami near the boat slips in the Marina. Sandie sees the men from back home so she jumps on one of the boats. She didn't realize till later that it was the gorgeous guys boat until she hears him with a women as she is hiding.
Sandie gets caught and Zachary didn't know that she was on the boat when he was 100 miles from Miami. He is furious with her and he tells her to pick a room and don't get in the way. Sandie was exploring the yacht when she gets to the dungeon. Zachary found her in the room and she started to ask questions. They are getting to know each other a little bit but she wasn't about to tell him her secret. When they got back to the dock Sandie took off early before he woke up . He finds out that she took a bus to Pensacola and was staying at another shelter. Zachary and his friends see Sandie and a man was trying to push her in a van. Sandie and Zachary go back to his house and he was trying to find out what she was running from. Sandie was happy to see her sketch pad. Sandie gets to meet Zachary's friend each one of them are Dom's. Sandie is staying at Zachary's house so she felt safe until she gets a note passed to her from the front desk that if she didn't come out they would kill Zachary. Can Sandie save Zachary's life will her mother leave her step father.

I really loved this book, it took my attention right from the Prologue to the very end. I have read a couple of BJ Wane"s books now and i must say that they never cease to amaze me. The usually are books that always keep the readers attention have have enough action in the books to make it enjoyable to read.
Also the BDSM in the book is a great addition to the story i just love it. Nothing better than reading a book with a bit of kink in it.

Fleeing to the Marine docks she gets a temporary job, she unfortunately rings her mother , next thing she sees the two goons of her Step fathers looking for her there, so fleeing once more she jumps aboard the first boat she comes to. And it works out that it is none other than Zachary Allen- Vancurren, and it is the biggest yacht there. She finds a place to hide just untill the goons go, but to late she gets an eyeful when Zach and his lady friend come into the very room she is hiding in. After the deed is done and the couple have gone out Sandra goes and looks around spots a bed and falls asleep, only to awaken to Zach waking her up, with him demanding to know what she is doing there.
Zach certainly has a handful with his stowaway, she wont say why she is there, and he is having trouble ignoring her flirting.

Uber hot and talented writer BJ Wane has come out with a new series called Miami Masters. Seven friends who met in summer camp and ended up not only discovering their proclivity for the BDSM lifestyle, but all ended up in the Miami area.
The first book, Bound and Saved, finds our first bachelor and Dom, Zachary, finding a stowaway on his specially outfitted yacht. Cassandra is on the run from her evil step-father, whose henchmen have found her in Miami. She’s managed to hide out on Zachary Allen- Vancuren’s yacht to get away from them, but after passing out from exhaustion, she’s discovered by Zach. She soon learns how Zach likes his sex and she agrees to explore BDSM with him on his kinky yacht. But after she slips away soon after the boat docks, Zach realizes she may be in big trouble. Will he find her in time to save her from her step-father and his henchmen?
This was one of those books that you just can’t put down! The storyline is full of hot and steamy sex with a great dose of kink, romance, and enough suspense to keep those pages turning. The first book, Bound and Saved, finds our first bachelor and Dom, Zachary, finding a stowaway on his specially outfitted yacht. Cassandra is on the run from her evil step-father, whose henchmen have found her in Miami. She’s managed to hide out on Zachary Allen- Vancuren’s yacht to get away from them, but after passing out from exhaustion, she’s discovered by Zach. She soon learns how Zach likes his sex and she agrees to explore BDSM with him on his kinky yacht. But after she slips away soon after the boat docks, Zach realizes she may be in big trouble. Will he find her in time to save her from her step-father and his henchmen?
This was one of those books that you just can’t put down! The storyline is full of hot and steamy sex with a great dose of kink, romance, and enough suspense to keep those pages turning. This is the first book by BJ Wane that I have read it is also the first book in this series. Zach seems like a typical rich playboy at first. But you quickly get to see that he is much more. Sandie is such an amazing character. She is strong, quick thinker, and so much more. Sandie witnesses her stepfather murder someone and flees. She finds herself hiding on Zach’s boat when some of her stepfather’s men almost find her. Sandie quickly realizes that Zach is into some kinky things. She finds herself very aroused by what she witnesses and experiences because of Zach. While out for those few days Zach can’t wait to get rid of his little stowaway. However, when he wakes to find her gone he can’t stop thinking about her. Could Sandie be Zach’s weakness? Zach begins to look into Sandie and what she was running from. Once he figures some it out he makes a plan to find her and save her. This book was interesting. Definitely romantic and steamy. But, also a bit of self-discovery, growth, and more. I can’t wait to read the second book. To read about Zach’s friends and their story.

I have read and enjoyed a number of BJ Wane's books, and Bound and Saved is no exception! This book is the first of her newest series, the Miami Masters. The Miami Masters are seven doms who bonded and became friends when their storied pasts brought them together at a boy's camp for juvenile delinquents.
This book is the suspense-filled story of Zachary and Sandie (Cassandra) who first met casually in the office at the marina where she was working and hiding out from her step-father's goons. They get to know each other after Zach discovers the stowaway Sandie on his BDSM-equipped luxury yacht. There's a perfectly good reason for Sandie to have hidden out on the yacht, but she can't/won't tell Zach because it would put him in harm's way. The danger is real but so is the attraction between them. The views from the yacht are beautiful, and the action on the yacht is steamy. Can't wait for Miami Masters #2!

Bound and Saved is the first book in the Miami Masters Series. This is the first book that I have read by B.J. Wane. I got this book on Kindle Unlimited.
I really enjoyed reading this book and as soon as I finished it I downloaded the next book Master Me, Please so that as soon as this review is completed I will be starting that book!

Bound and Saved is the first book of the Miami Masters series. After witnessing a murder, Cassandra aka Sandie is on the run. She hides on Zachary's yacht where he finds her. In the beginning he is not interested in her in the least, but Sandie decides she wants to live a little and continues to taunt Zachary, until he gives in and shows her his kind of loving. When Zachary returns the yacht to the haven, he finds out that Sandie already left. But Zachary can't stop thinking about Sandie and when he finally finds her, he is determined to help her with her trouble.
I loved Sandie and Zachary's chemistry. The intimate scenes held plenty of heat and were explicit. Also, the other characters, Zachary's friends, were very likeable. I look forward to read more about them in the next books. All in all I feel this is a successful start for a new series.

I love the world of Black Light. And this series takes me into a world that is very similar and yet so very different at the same time. Romantic suspense has got to be one of my most favorite genres to play in. The suspense in this story is there in full force, from the very first scenes of the book. I was quickly caught up in Sandie’s plight and desperate to know what it would take to bring her back to safety again. I’m not sure that there was a lot of “romance” per se in this book, but I enjoyed watching the lust that gripped Sandie and Zach turn into something sweeter and more encompassing. However, that lust was hot enough to cause flash burns and I found I couldn’t look away. I can’t wait to see what in store for the rest of the gang of seven.

This author's books are amazing! Get ready for a heart stopping journey as a young woman, Cassandra/Sandie over hears her step-father giving an order to kill a man, which causes her to run for her life and at one time hide out on a boat owned by Zach, who introduces Sandie into the BDSM life style. The settings are so vivid that you can smell the sea air and feel the boat rocking under your feet. The characters are complex and well developed and the plot line has some hear wrenching moments. You won't regret picking up this book to read because it is so beautifully written and engaging. I voluntarily reviewed an advance reader copy of this book.

BJ Wane is a new author for me and I was pleasantly surprised.
The Miami Masters is based on 7 best friends that meet when they were troubled teens. Book 1 features the story of the billionaire of the bunch, Zach. I really loved how Zach and Sandie met and how she was able to push his buttons while on his ‘boat’. I enjoyed the banter and loyalty between the 7 best friends and look forward to getting each of their stories.

Jayson finds Sandy hiding on his new yacht and although he wanted time alone he is intrigued by her innocent curiosity and openness to try his favorite sexual kinks. Returning to land everything should return to the way it had been, but the journey changed both, although they find it hard to admit.

This is my honest review of an ARC I received. This is the first book I have read by this great author. Hopefully will be reading many more of this fantastic series. Cassandra Bowlin was a sassy, outspoken teacher of art. She was drawn into witnessing a murder by her stepfather. Running for her life, where she met Zachary Allen-Vancuren. This was a fantastic story of lust and love where the story flowed easily and perfectly by a really great author. I highly recommend this series. Thank you BJ for the privilege of reading this great book.

Yachting Fun
This story was quite fun and exciting. Much of this story takes place on the Yacht. It has lots of fun tempting bits especially as the Dominant rich guy resists the seductive submissive at every turn, until she disappears... Then he finally realizes he actually likes her and he enlists his group of friends to try to find her and figure out what she is running from... its a very good story. I hope all the club girls don't tame his friends it could be fun if they each got blindsided with a tempting stranger. Looking forward to the next one to fall.

his was a good start to a new series. Cassandra is on the run from her stepfather and inadvertently ends up on Zach's boat. What starts out as annoyance ends up as more. The relationship building in this one is nice, but it's the action adventure side that I really liked. The author introduces a lot of new characters promising a lot more books to come. I look forward to reading more from this series.

This is an intense and steamy page turner. It is filled with drama, danger, passion, suspense, action, thrills, mystery and scorching BDSM elements that are blended together with complex characters and a strong story driven plot to capture and keep your interest. Zach and Sandie create such sparks and heat; be it from their verbal battles or their sexual chemistry. An exciting and enticing read and a hot start to this new series. I'm posting a Voluntary, honest review after reading this book.

Gang of seven...
This is the first book by this author I have read and I loved it. The story-line was great and "flowed" flawlessly. I loved all the characters- even Zach who was an a** but he admitted he was and made no apologizes for it. I am so looking forward to reading more of the "Gang of seven".
