A hunt for power. A family's legacy. A daughter who longs to break free.

Kat's back on Earth and reunited with her friends. But this isn't a happy reunion. The Director is hunting the secret to stealing a sorcerer's magic, and it's a race to see who can get there first.

It's going to take more than the help of her friends to defeat the Director. Kat's only chance for victory lies in trusting an old enemy. If she fails, it'll mean all-out war between the mages and sorcerers...but success may come at too high a cost.

Magic Hunted is the conclusion of the Magic Born series and is intended to be read after the previous three books.

Fantastic!

Enjoyed the easy fast flow of these 3 books. I read them in 2 days. Could not put them down.
Oh yes! Good vs. Evil kind of story.
Well written.
The entertwining of the characters to the characters themselves held my attention.
Loved it!
Magics definition for me always meant transformation. Kat transformed not only herself, but, those around her. She was so young and naiive at the beginning. Transformed into a powerful strong pidge woman. She never lost herself until she met Alex. But even then she only lost her heart.
I love Calista's Imp, Millhook, he was the most fun to get to know. She transformed him as well. Magic
As in all political realms, her poli-sci major, really came in handy. She could persuade an impossible tight lipped head of CCS in Elustria to let her go her way to end the danger that was barreling their way because of her birth mother's greed for power.
As we all know. Greediness for Power Corrupts. 2021 we are seeing it first hand. Money corrupts. But, Power and control are the end game.

A Hard Fought Conclusion to this Series

The battle is on Woman to Woman Family to Family. Funny, A year ago Kat didn't know she had family, having been adopted. Now with her adopted parents gone thanks to a plane crash, she inherits a magical talisman no one knew was so powerful. How? It contains the magical life force of the now dead father/sorcerer who gave his life to protect the daughter he'd never see grow up.
Now, as an adult, she's an agent of mages who's purpose is to take down those who threaten the balance between sorcerers and mages. She's unmasked the leader of the Directorate - the Group who'll stop at nothing to gain the magic of the sorcerers for themselves. The leader turns out to be her aunt and it'll be a battle to the death for control of this knowledge.

Great series

Great series with an intriguing cast of characters. Magical journey to discover her magic and where it came from. And urban fantasy that jumps between earth and a magical realm. You have dragons else sorcerers mages as well as something in between many different magical creatures. Follow cats journey from when she discovers she has magic to finding out where it came from who she is who her parents were in what world she comes from. A great series and I hope it continues. Hope to see what adventures her little group can get into.

Great conclusion to the series

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. It has all the right elements: mystery, intrigue, drama and battles, plus a little lite romance. The four crusaders carry on their quest to defeat Marguerite and face a multitude of challenges along the way. Kat, of course, faces the greatest challenge of her life and the lives of her friends depend on her strength and ingenuity. I got really immersed in the book and the way things played out. I really liked the way the book ended with wrapping everything up in a nice neat package.

All four where worth reading.

In the theory the 4 books however it is one story in reality it should have been 1 very long novel. A story should have a beginning a middle and an error not one of these novels was complete. If viewed separately neither novel would have left you feeling that you have read the story It would be nice if the publisher recognize that fact and sold it as one complete novel.

Great read at any age!

Excellent writing, great characterization and empathy for the main characters. Well worth reading the set - each is a good story but together its a great set. So good I read all four in four days! But please i need to know if they carry on together (trying not to give any spoilers!) and would love more.

I liked the story line of the whole series, but some of it seemed a little juvenile or suffered from over editing? We seemed to go from just meeting people to being the world's best buddies who you'd commit illegal acts for with nothing in between so there seemed to be just some lack in the depth of the story details.

It's all wrapped up!

This book does a fine job wrapping everything up. :) It's so nice when an author does that. Kat really grew in this book and made hard choices - some more foolish than others but she tends to act in the moment which isn't always a bad thing. I really did enjoy the experience in this world.

A really great ending to this series.

All the drama comes to a head and we get to meet a wider variety of Elustria's inhabitants!

And of course there's a happy ending.

There is some violence some definitely not for younger readers.

Amazing by magic ❤️

I wish Alex had had a bigger part or more prominent, and more of the world inside Elustria. Not just the evil witches. Some lacking in the world, and her own discovery came a bit too easy like it was rushed. But it's still an amazing story

Amazing

An amazing finish to a fabulous series. The final book in this four book series is great. It had the most satisfying ending of anything I've ever read. Perfect characters throughout the entire series. If you like fantasy fiction, you will love this series. Don't miss it!

Great!

I love the series. The heroine started out clueless about who she really was to become more than she could ever believe.

Book 4 continued along the same vein as the previous 3 books as we followed Kat and her team of co-horts in their quest to stop others from fulfilling her mother's evil plans. It was completely predictable, but at least it is over now.
