This is a beautifully produced book illustrating both the artistic and fishing aspects of fly tying. It is not a "how-to" book but more of an elegant tour of renowned fly tiers and their flies, tied for artistic purposes and also many for practical fishing. About the last forth of the book features narratives from well-known fishers and descriptions of legendary fly fishing rivers and locations. This book is inspirational for anyone interested in the subject.
