Whether it ended yesterday, or twenty years ago, and you’re still feeling the sting, this book will help you get your happy back after a relationship with a narcissist. With a more comprehensive red flags list than you’ll see anywhere else, it will help you recognize malicious men, so you can avoid them. A non-clinical mind/body/spirit approach, with colorful images and humor.

If I had found this book 30 years ago, it might have helped me get out sooner. I'm still struggling with self-esteem or confidence issues (my only real divorce baggage) and thought this might have a pointer or two. Instead, it seems to be about three hours of other women's miserable stories at the hands of their own fucking narcissist. I don't want to be depressed, I just want to maybe get brave enough to have a social life, maybe a partner. A real partner.
If your mate is an emotionally cruel arsehole who is forever playing you against everyone and vice versa (I was told his family hated me, they were told I hated them--and poor guy was perpetually the victim in the middle or else the saviour), you might find something here... hopefully in the form of strength to get out.
There is no helping these guys. Narcissism is not treatable, not curable. Get out, run away, and never look back. You deserve better.
