'menaklukkan agen rahasia' adalah salah satu judul dari 21 seri 5 sekawan versi perancis karya claude voilier. bisa jadi karya beliau dianggap kurang mampu menandingi kepopuleran enid blyton, tetapi justru buku 5 sekawan versi ini yang menemani hari-hari saya. cover design dan ilustrasinya selalu berhasil mencuri perhatian. fave!

This really had very little to do with the title, the 5 are very briefly in Fancy Dress and it didn't really have much to do with the plot. The 5 are at a camp in Scotland while Quentin and Fanny go to a scientific shindig in Edinburgh. Cue foreign spies trying to steal foreign documents!!! Suspended belief even more than usual as the crooks seemed to have no problem with the idea of 11 and 12 year old spies!!!🤷‍♀️

I loved the Famous Five books when I was a kid. I don't recall much about them anymore though. In this one, Uncle Quentin surprised the Five by taking them on a holiday trip to Scotland - and they still managed to get into adventure.

I'd recommend this series for kids who love adventure stories coupled with mystery and detective elements. It's like a younger version of the Hardy Boys or Nancy Drew.

Gokil! Ini bacaan waktu ane TK dulu nih. Hadiah dari lomba mewarnai kakak ane. Dapet 5 buah novel 5 Sekawan. Dari 5 novel tersebut ya ini yang paling ane suka. Petualangannya berasa banget karena setting nya berada di sebuah acara perkemahan di tempat yang bener-bener asing. :D

Sudah gak keitung berapa kali udah ane baca nih novel. Bener-bener memorable banget buat ane. :)

Kayanya ini side book Lima Sekawan yang paling sering dibaca. Bukan karena suka, tapi emang karena dalam rangka re-read. Ide ceritanya sih keren tapi agak lebih berbahaya nggak sih dari Lima Sekawan yang asli? /lupa
