This book purported to give insights into Bridge that are not common knowledge. Instead, I found it presented ideas that are found in almost every beginning Bridge book I have read. It is no secret to bid 4NT to ask for Aces. It is no secret that responder bidding a new suit is forcing for 1 round. The list goes on and on. The only two ideas presented that I do not think are normally included in a beginning book was restrictive choice and the concept of allowing the opponents to play at the 5 level. It did a good job on these, but the other 110 ideas are basically common knowledge to anyone except the most basic beginer.
