Welcome to my life as an Intergalactic Mail Order Bride. Welcome to Hell. I just traveled halfway across the galaxy to meet my new husband. With no women left on Auxem, the aliens turned to Earth for their brides. But nothing's happened the way I imagined.
He hardly speaks to me. I know he's never had a woman around before, but why is he acting like a complete jerk? Ayrie's used to getting what he wants, but underneath his confident, chiseled exterior, he's hiding a big secret. Now we're stranded together on a remote planet. He's got a perfect body. I hope he knows how to use it.
Ayrie is a STAND-ALONE, full-length science fiction romance. There are no cliffhangers, and a happy ending is guaranteed! AUXEM and Abduction: Part 1, an exclusive, never released work are included as bonus books
The following ratings are out of 5: Romance: 💚🖤💙 Heat/Steam: 🔥🔥 Story/Plot: 📕📗📘📙 World building: 🌏🌍🌎 Character development: ☺️😮😍😀🥰 Narrator(s): 🎙🎙🎙🎙 Narration Type: Dual Narration
The Hero:Ayrie - he is the second born to the royal family (his nickname is Spare). He grew up watching how much his father suffered after losing their mother in the plague where all the Auxem females died, and he was determined to never fall in love. So when his people finally found that human females didn’t carry the gene that only produced male offspring he didn’t plan on getting a mate.
The heroine:Elle - She comes from the districts (slums) and tricked her way into being one of the human women in the trial to verify Earth women and Auxem were compatible. So when she sees Ayrie staring at her for hours at the event where the women were introduced to the Auxem males, they connected enough to try seeing each other. She thinks Ayrie married her out of pity and she married him to get away from her terrible situation and abusive boyfriend on Earth.
The Story: Elle wants Ayrie to love her, but knows he wont since they have a marriage of convenience. Ayrie didn’t want to fall in love, but he had attraction for Elle and thought he could help her get unlimited enjoyment without feeling anything. It wasn’t long before both of them figured they made a mistake. Ayrie acted like a jerk to Elle and neither of them knew where to go from there.
This was told via dual points of view and dual narration. The narrators in this book were much better than in the first book. In the first book the female narrator especially had a very annoying male voice and sounded way to young. This one was narrated by Kelly Morgan and Paul Brion who both do a good job.
The story on this one was much better from the start than the first book. Elle was a bit broken from her experience with her old boyfriend and had a bit of a chip on her shoulder about where she came from. She was a bit jealous of Jayne from the first book, because she sees Jayne as coming from a perfect life and is happy with her new mate and children. When Elle and Ayrie crash land onto a planet that is mostly water, things get interesting.
The world building is ok, but there are some big holes. Like how everyone speaks the same language and understands each other. They talk about food processing machines, but don’t say much more about them like how they work. Elle is a star ship mechanic, and knows all about the Auxem ship and can easily get a job on Vandua as a star ship mechanic. It seems to me that starships from different planets might be entirely different from each other. Though despite those issues, the story was much better than the first.
First, this is NOT a single 26.5-hour story. What readers get in both the Kindle and Audible formats of Ayrie is a bundled collection of 5 novels and 1 teaser chapter of a 6th novel.
Minor spoilers alert!!!
1- Auxem Book 2 (complete novel, 4.5H)- Ayrie—narrated by Kelly Morgan (2.5 stars) & Paul Brion (3.5 stars)
Overall, I feel like these two narrators weren’t paired well. I had the most trouble with Kelly’s performance. I didn’t like Kelly’s male character voice much and her narrative rhythm was annoying to my ears. The former was too drastic and therefore sounded incredibly fake. She was much better with dialogue. Fortunately, Paul’s performance was so much better which salvaged the listen for me. I also preferred his acting choices over Kelly’s and wouldn’t have minded if he narrated both POVs 100%.
Story rating: ★★★☆☆ I liked the story’s concept. Although it might’ve been better to read it after book 1 in order, I decided to start with the one that seemed the most intriguing to me. I enjoyed the internal conflict the main characters had and how they sought advice from their support circle. The supporting characters were also interesting and made me curious enough to keep listening to the bonus novels included after Ayrie’s novel ended. I’ll definitely continue to read books in this universe once I can collect them all.
2- Auxem Book 3 (Chapter 1 teaser only, 30 min)- Anders—narrated by Connor Brown & Piper Fairweather (4 stars from what I heard.)
This was an intriguing teaser, so I plan to listen to the full novel eventually.
3- Auxem Book 1/TerraMates Book 13 (complete novel, 5H5M)- narrated by Faith Clark (3.5 stars) & Logan McAlistar (3 stars)
I liked Faith’s overall energy. Unfortunately, I didn’t care for Logan’s narrative voice which seemed to have a drag to it even on speed 1.2. He was much better with dialogue. This was another mismatched narrating duo in my opinion, but the entertaining story made up for that for me.
Story rating: ★★★☆☆ Jane and Arnon were very likable characters.
4-TerraMates Book 3 (complete novel, 5.5H)-Water World Confidential--Terrance Bayes (3 stars) & Kelly Morgan (2.5 stars)
Terrance’s performance was good, but I felt he wasn’t paired well with his co-narrator, Kelly Morgan. I’m just not a fan of Kelly’s narrating style and would’ve preferred Terrance narrate the entire novel.
Story rating: ★★★☆☆ Jori was working undercover but no one in his family or social circle knew this. When he ended up getting convicted of a crime, his government agency told him to take the wrap for it. Forced to take the wrap for the crime, he lost his family’s trust and his social standing. Everyone wrote him off an ex-con, someone who’d wasted his education and couldn’t be redeemed in their eyes. He paid his debt to society as commanded by his agency and then upon his release had to find a bride to help maintain his parole status and undercover persona. I liked the oddness of his TerraMates arranged marriage to Samantha, how he eventually opened up to her, completed his mission to save children who’d gone missing and restored his good name.
5- TerraMates Book 4 (complete novel, 5.4H)-Alpha’s Enslaved Bride—narrated by Kelly Owens (5 stars!) & Peter Verbena (5 stars!)
These two were the BEST paired narrators out of all the audiobook duos. Their performances were flawless. My ears were so happy to finally hear such talented narrators act out the strongest storyline yet in this Ayrie collection of novels.
Story ★★★★★ The two main characters, human Quinn and alien Airik, were both psychics who got married for different reasons with the help of the TerraMates agency. I loved the intrigue surrounding the visions they both had, how their marriage developed from insta-lust to love, Quinn’s training to become a precog professionally like Airik, and how their love inspired them to change the grim future they’d feared would end their lives.
6- TerraMates Book 5 (complete novel, 5.4H)-Auctioned to the Alpha—narrated by Samantha Leatherwood (4 stars).
Samantha was very good and animated. I also loved the timber of her voice and she had no problem doing an authentic male voice.
Story ★★★★☆ I would truly love to see this one adapted into a film! It had very cool science fiction elements and was fast paced without resorting to any drawn-out drama. Interestingly enough, I felt it was lighter on the romance element and focused more on the reality of Thiago’s bounty hunter career and how human Eden fit into his world. This worked well though, so I was cool with that. I did wonder at the change in how TerraMates handled Eden’s marriage process. I kept waiting for more of an explanation of why she was drugged and woke up later with no memories of getting married or traveling from earth to her new half-human, half-alien bounty hunter husband’s planet. Thiago briefly explains what happened, and there’s no further discussion about how sketchy the TerraMates procedure seemed this time. The biggest surprise for me was how much I loved Thiago’s alien pet arachnid Hercules. Hercules was hands down the most unusual and cool pet ever!
☽*´¨`☆☆*´¨`☽ I’d rate my overall listening experience of this Ayrie bundled novel collection as a solid 4 stars.
Author Lisa Lace has a great imagination, and I look forward to reading more of her novels in the future.Currently, the e-book is on sale for only $0.99 as of September 19, 2017.

I really liked Ayrie and Elle's story. They got off to a rocky start, neither sure of their own feelings much less the other's, and both agreeing to the match for reasons other than wanting to fall in love. Despite this, feelings of love do begin to develop between them and when they find themselves depending on each other to stay alive the love between them shines through. AYRIE is the second book in Lisa Lace's newest series, Auxem. It's also essentially the fifteenth book in her TerraMates series. However, this book is a stand-alone, full-length science fiction romance. There are no cliffhangers, and a happy ending!
Ayrie being the second of the five princes of Auxem it was not important for him to choose a bride from the women volunteering to come to help his planet, but there was something about Elle's vulnerability he could not ignore. The fact that she was the sexiest and most beautiful woman he'd ever seen made her practically irresistible. Likewise, Elle didn't want to fall in love with her husband, but Ayrie was gorgeous and she was drawn to his confidence, good looks, and hard well-built body. The fact that they both agreed to a marriage of convenience... in name only... well, it wasn't really working out for either of them. Everyone else could see how much they cared for each other, but denial, denial, denial, lol.
As always there is action, danger, and romance between an independent earth woman and a sexy alien. This time he's a prince! Super story! I enjoyed the narration provided by Kelly Morgan and Paul Brion. Each did a great job of illustrating each characters individual voices and personality. 4 stars
~Complimentary audiobook received. All opinions expressed in this review are my own.
I have to say that the 26 hours mark did scared me a little, but fear not ayrie is like 5 hours longs after that this audio have a reprise of some books on the series so if you never heard another one this could be a good way to start the collection.
the narrators were good I liked them a lot so the performance was good and emotional.
the plot was good, it did follow the line the others did and I was glad that it did interconnect at some point very subtle with other pairings and places on the series that was fantastic.
I was happy to see that integration and i'm anxiously waiting the next book on the series.
This book was just meh to me. It wasn't a difficult read but I would recommend either. It was annoying that everyone else could see the H/h were into each other but did nothing about it till she wanted leave. The fact that he was these awesome wings is cool tho. Also the whole island scenario is one of my no goes, it always reminds me of Lord of the Flies. lol
Two Hearts💓💓 Born To Run Who'll Be the Lonely One💔 Who'll Change Their Stubborn Ways
Ayrie, secret winged alien, is afraid to allow love💔 into his heart💓. Even though he is married to Elle💋, a broken sickly human woman they have never consummated their relationship. Separate rooms, separate lives. Finally Elle💋 is healthy again and wants to live on the Auxen planet🌎 but she must be pregnant with an Auxen baby to live there. She thinks Ayrie doesn't 💘love her and he thinks She doesn't love💓 him! She must use all of her feminine wiles💋💋 to seduce her own husband! This is another case of the aliens👿 being forced to mate with human women👰 because their females have died out. There was just way too much angst in this book for me. Both characters have way too much unnecessary baggage. YEHAW! Ride em Bareback🍌, Cowgirl!🐎🐎🐎🐎
Earth woman are traveling to the planet Auxem, to help save the people populate the planet after all the woman died. Elle is one of these woman from earth that married Ayrie. The only problem is Ayrie is afraid to fall in love and bond with Elle. Elle just wants him to love her. I love this story and plan on reading it again and again. The story pulls you right in and I just want Ayrie to love Elle. I cried and this is one way I know this is a great book. I had a hard time pulling this book down and hope Lisa Lace writes more about the planet Auxem. Lisa Lace has a way with her stories that I really love. I voluntarily reviewed this advanced reader copy.
Still listening but wanted to let everyone know that this audiobook is not just one book. It includes 5 separate stories, so I'll post a review for each individual story as I listen to them.
Ayrie (Auxem, Book 2) ~ Narrators: Kelly Morgan & Paul Brion This story picks up one month after Arnon and Jayne have their babies. This one is about Ayrie Madellan, Prince Arnon's younger brother, and Elle, his TerraMates bride. They have been together for 10 months by this point. The two married because she was escaping an abusive ex on Earth and he was trying to help, and he wanted to find a mate to have children with. The problem is that, while they are attracted to one another, they are both fighting against and denying their feelings for one another. Elle wants Ayrie to love her but fears he never will and, even if he does love her he will eventually break her heart, so she keeps a tight reign on her own feelings. Ayrie willing lusts after her but refuses to succumb to love because he doesn't want to become his father, a man broken after the loss of his own mate. The two are trying to navigate a marriage while trying to remain emotional unattached. Their story is one of two people overcoming emotional and physical barriers to find their way to a HEA with one another. I really enjoyed their story and look forward to seeing what happens with the three younger brothers. Well done to the author and the narrators for bringing this story to life.
Sneek Peek ~ Anders (Auxem, Book 3) I enjoyed this little snippet of Anders. I believe the same as Elle, that he is much more than what his family believes or what he allows them to see of himself. I look forward to reading the rest of his story.
Auxem (Auxem, Book 1 - TerraMates, book 13) ~ Narrators: Logan McAllister & Faith Clark This story is the first in the TerrMates spin-off Auxem series. It's about Jayne, the daughter of Sophie and Kellan from Origins. She is mated to Arnon, crown prince of Auxem. The population of Auxem are in danger of going extinct because they have no females. A disease killed off their female population and since the men have only been able to produce male offspring. Their scientist have narrowed the cause to a specific gene that the female carries, so they need females that don't have the gene in order to have female offspring. Arnon, his four brothers, their father the king and many other men of the Auxem race come to Earth in hopes of creating an alliance with Earth, a sort of breeding program. Arnon falls hard for Jayne and the two decide to marry and bond, the bond being a lifetime commitment that can not be reversed. After getting together, Jayne discovers she has the gene that they are trying to avoid. Believing the lab techs made a mistake she asks them to retest her. Before she can get the new test, Arnon discovers she's gene positive and accuses her of hiding it from him because she was after his money. Jayne discover she's pregnant and when she tells him he suggest giving the baby to a 'more worthy' female, cause he's stupid that way. Then, to top it off, he says he's going to stay married and bonded to her, but they can't ever be together again and he's going to find other women to have his babies. Jayne decided she isn't giving up her baby or sticking around while her husband beds other women, so she enlists his brother Anders to take her back to Earth. Now Arnon has to try to stop her before it's too late. The story was well written and interesting. I enjoyed it. I think the female narrators attempt at the male voices was a bit off putting and the male narrators speech for the characters was a bit staccato, but overall they did a good job. I'm looking forward to whatever comes next.
Water World Confidential (TerraMates, Book 3) ~ Narrators: Kelly Morgan & Terrance Bayes I'm gonna be honest and say I had some trouble getting into this one like I did the previous story. I'm not entirely sure why, but I think it had something to do with the way the female narrator made the character sound so whinny throughout the story. I have a problem with adults who act like whinny children and the female character was made to sound like that almost the entire time. Also, at times, the way the narrators would say certain things did not seem to match up to the reactions the characters were supposed to be having. For example; at one point Jori said something to Sam that was suppose to sound seductive and playful, but the way the narrator said it made it sound like he was insecure and asking a question rather than making a statement. However, had I read this instead of listening I probably would have liked it more. The author wrote a really interesting story with plenty of action and adventure, plus the hawt moments. I'm gonna say the author did a great job, but the narrators kind of drag it down for me a bit. I'm gonna listen to the next book and hope it gets back to the level of enjoyment the first book gave me.
Alpha's Enslaved Bride (TerraMates, Book 4) ~ Narrators: Kelly Owens & Peter Verbena While I can't say that this is my favorite read of the series, it is still a really good story. I liked how similar the two main characters were, while still having their own individual personalities. There were times throughout the story that I wanted to slap one or both of them, but that's when you know it's a good book, when it causes you to want to take physical actions against one of the characters. I didn't dislike any of the characters, unless you count the cult crazies. Well done to the author on such a good story. Also, the narrators di a pretty good job as well. There were a few small things that could have been better, but overall it was a job well done.
Auctioned to the Alpha (TerraMates, Book 5) ~ Narrator: Samantha Leatherwood Still listening to the story, but I just had to take a quick break to say I'm having some trouble with the scene I just listened to. I don't understand how Eden can find the restaurant scene titillating and arousing at the same time. She had it right when she said it was morally reprehensible, but then she adds that it is exciting her at the same time, which I can not understand at all. Ok, going back to listening now. So, I'm done reading now. While I still can't get past the whole slave aspect that I spoke of earlier, the story did in fact get better. Thiago did not buy Eden to be his slave, in fact he bought her to save her from a life of slavery. Thiago and Eden, and unfortunately Ardella, made this story exciting. I knew Ardella was going to be bad news from the beginning, but she did have her moments. Eden was a good character, but she was a bit gullible about some things. Thiago was a great character. I loved getting to know about some of his past. I also really like how his shell slowly broke open throughout the book. Ardella, while a good character, was not a good character. Meaning, she was written very well but she was also the villain. The author did a great job writing this one and the narrator did a great job performing it. The voices were different and each distinct. I'm looking forward to listening to the next book in the series.
I read this through KU. This book had the potential to be great but only achieved average. It's difficult to put into words why. It's almost like the interactions between the mains are very irrational and inconsistent.
*****SPOILERS*****
For example, the MMC says he thinks he should leave her, but then in response to MFC's reply he says he will never leave her. Later on, when they mate, he takes her into the kitchen because the mating ritual has specific requirements for the bond to form - but the only requirements he mentions are decorations and having s6x 5x in a row (so why the kitchen counter for their 1st; and, why suddenly 5x? Earlier in the book he said many times that they couldn't have sex at all or they'd complete the bond). These types of things break down the book because the only real tension in the tale comes from the MMC insisting he wants MFC to be happy and be by his side even though he cannot return the MFC's love. The inconsistency and irrational dialogue gets in the way of the tale.
The only other source of tension comes from the mains being marooned. But the danger never really feels real because nothing truly bad ever happens - they just happened to find a house, they were safe from predators, and MMC could fly them to safety. The only predators they encountered didn't attack because they were stunned. The MFC was supposedly sick but after being rescued that whole aspect was immediately dropped without conclusion.
The net effect was a book that felt mediocre to me. Hence, 3 stars.
Ellie intrigued me in Auxem. She fought her way to school, she's survived against the odds, and she was accepted in to TerraMates even though she should not have been. She has had a rough life, bad relationship experiences, and she grew up poor so she is tough, tougher than even she realizes! It's her own bad luck that she went from having a marriage of convenience to falling in love with her husband! Dumb, dumb, dumb but true none the less, now what to do about it?
Ayrie does all the right things for all the wrong reasons and what he wants is to never, ever love. He doesn't want fall in love, he doesn't want anyone to make it past his defenses and make him care and most of all he does not want to bond, no way!
The problem is that Ellie is possibly reaching through his shields instead of trying to go around them and it is confusing the heck out of him! Why does he care what she says, thinks, or feels? All she is to him is a distraction, she distracts him to the point of insanity and its not just her super hot body, no she has brains, and heart and he is afraid to hurt her but he is more afraid to let her go.
Intergalactic Mail Order Bride Ellen is unhappily married. Ellen left poverty behind when she married into the royal family of Auxem but none of that matters because she's fallen in love with her gorgeous husband Ayrie who doesn't love her. Prince Ayrie has a marriage of convenience with the beautiful Elle but doesn't want to fall in love. Ayrie and Ellen get to know each other when they get stranded on an island after a crash landing. Ayrie realizes that he cares about Elle and decides to pursue a relationship with her but his plan to prove he trusts Elle backfires when Elle misunderstands his motivation and asks for a divorce. After Ayrie and Elle are rescued, Elle decides not to return with Ayrie. Will Ayrie be able to get Elle back?
Lisa Lace delivers a funny, drama-filled and steamy story that will tug at your heart strings.
I voluntarily read an advanced reader copy of this book
What happens when two "broken" souls marry? Ten months of their own type of hell. Elle needed to leave Earth and as an Auxem bride was her only way. Ayrie never intended to pick a bride but was pulled to Elle. Elle wants Ayrie's love. When Ayrie's mother died, his father became someone Ayrie refuses to become. Therefore, he plans on never falling in love. The heart wants what it wants and doesn't care about plans. I really enjoyed this story. Sometimes I thought Elle was a little hypocritical. She wanted Ayrie to trust her with his heart but she didn't really trust him with hers. Both Ayrie and Elle had to learn to believe in themselves first. It was nice to "visit" with Nathaniel and Ashlyn from "Water World Warrior" in this story.
*I received an ARC of this book which I am voluntarily reviewing*
Another great Sci-fi romance from Lisa Lace . I loved the Terra Mates books and this is book 2 from the Auxem series, which is a spinoff from the Terra Mates series and if you also love the Terra Mates series then you won't be disappointed with this series either. The Auxem are a dying race that have searched the galaxy for another race compatible with their own, a race that will allow their women to bond and mate with them. Ella has traveled halfway across the galaxy to meet her new husband Ayrie, but both have their secrets and stranded on a remote planet it's not going to plan. But want to know more then you're going to have to read the book as I hate when reviewers give away too much of the story.
Elle wants off earth and get her friend to put her on the list for brides to auxem. Only she doesn't plan to fall for any of the men she has been hurt to many times
Ayrie has been hurt to many times too and lost to many women in his life to give his heart to one. So they marry with the agreement they will not bond. No sleeping together, no sex and lot's of fighting lol yea that plan seen to be working fine until they crash on Vandwa. Can they work thing out before it's to late? There is drama, action, adventure, twists and turns to the story. Great characters. I think science fiction romance fans should love this one. Voluntarily reviewed a copy and I honestly enjoyed it.
Elle and Ayrie get together in a weird way. She needs to get away from her crap life and it wouldn't be terrible for Ayrie to show good faith toward humans. But...they both really like each other so things should be great. They aren't of course, because neither of these dorks will speak to each other and admit their feelings. Elle just kept going on and on about how she could never be good enough blah blah blah. Seriously though, why did you even marry him if you weren't going to even try. Honestly, they both sucked...and if they ever did get their act together I don't even think I'd be happy for them.
Pity will only get you so far. Never make decision on past hurts if it keeps you from feeling anything.
Elle just want to escape her abusive boyfriend and her past. While Ayrie does not want to get close or to love anyone because it ends up in hurt.
Can these two figure out how to overcome these actions from their past so that they might have a future? To harder nuts have yet to be cracked but keep your fingers crossed.
I was give this advance reader copy from the author. I have voluntarily read and reviewed this book.
This was my second book I've read of Lisa Lace. I have so say she did not disappoint. I've enjoyed both books immensely.
I liked that Elle was determined to escape and start a completely different life on her own. I also felt for Ayrie because he wouldn't let himself feel love. Both charaters stubbornness made me want to tie them to a tree so they would finally talk things out. I'm glad they finally got their hea and worked things out.
I received a free advanced reader copy of this book and voluntarily decided to review it
Another great book in the terramates series, and it was nice to see some familiar faces.
Ayrie is too frightened to fall in love and Elle has been hurt before. Circumstances beyond their control bring them closer together, will it make or break them?
With excitement, danger, romance and some steam it is a great read I highly recommend this book
This is very much a surprise. You get not just one book but like more then five to ten books. They are well-written with well-developed characterization. It is best if you start with the second story first followed by the first story. Then go to the third book. Space opera mail order bride style with some kidnapping and slave sales. Adult readers only.
I love how this story line went. It was a tad different from the other books this author writes as the couple do not fall into a sexual relationship as fast as normal. I will not spoil it for you so you gotta read it, it is well worth the read! I received a free copy of this book and volunteered to review it.
Yet another wonderful story by Lisa Lace! Ayrie cares for Elle but is afraid to love and loose thus turning into his miserable father. Elle loves Ayrie but has been mistreated before. A spare of the moment trip to Vandwa may change things forever. I loved checking in with Nat and Ashlynn! A definite must read!
If you love someone tell them, this story is like that. They both have feelings but keep denying it. It takes a crash for them to realise love is there and not wanting to lose each other. Ayrie is afraid of loving in case he loses her and she finds it hard to trust. This story is a wonderful read and I would highly recommend this. I was given this book as an arc for a honest review.
This us a great spinoff from the TerraMates series. If you like those, you'll love this one. Not only do we get to learn more about the Auxem people, but we get to revisit characters and a world we've been to in a previous TerraMates adventure. It's always nice to check in with old friends and see what is happening in their lives. I'm looking forward to the next story in this new series.
I can’t believe she’s a New York bestseller. The dialogue is forced. There’s pretty much no plot. It’s straight romance. However, all the couples in this series seem to fall in love within 1 to 2 days, followed by a lifetime unbreakable mating. I’m very glad I got the series free and didn’t actually pay for this.
Great writing from this author as usual. The main characters are taking their time getting together, which is quite different from the other books. An enjoyable read that no one should miss once the book is released. Received an ARC
Two hard headed people who love each other but won't admit it. Elle has had a rough life and Ayrie is afraid he will turn into his dad if he loves a woman. This book has a wonderful HEA!!!
I loved Ayrie!!! But was disappointed that there was cseveral short stories cand a book about Ayrie. Before Inbread it it didnt't say anywhere that vit was shoirt stories....the only downer, so only 4stars :)
I got this book thinking it would be a nice book. What surprised me was it has lots of books inside. Just has a few editing errors. I like Lisa's writing style. Some nice twists and turns added to spice up her stories. 😂
this is a fantastic story. i finished it even though i need to get ready for my little granddaughter's preschool graduation. jayne and andor, and elle and ayrie are all going to have children around the same age. really fantastic story.
Excellent story. Two battered souls coming together with fire and a bit of misunderstood ice become stranded and realize there is more to their stories than they thought. Saving each other from a shadowy grave a couple of different times. A beautiful happily ever after!
