Explore the world of DreamWorks Animation's Spirit Riding Free with this new series, written in diary format, featuring the innermost thoughts of Lucky Prescott as she adventures with her best friends, Pru and Abigail!
Dear Diary,
This summer is turning out to be so weird. After I broke Aunt Cora's expensive glass bottle, I was sure I'd be working all summer just to buy her a new one. That's when Pru, Abigail, and I decided to start our very own PALs Adventure Camp to earn some money and babysit youngsters around town! But now my con boy cousin, Julian, is visiting Miradero, and he left me to take care of his little brother, Oliver! I can't tell if Oliver is a mini Julian-in-training or just a quiet kid, but one thing's for sure: Julian is definitely up to his old tricks again....

I was super lucky to have won a giveaway for this book! The author signed it and everything! Thank you again Stacia! I absolutely loved reading all about the PALs adventure camp and Lucky's cousin Julian's hijinks. That bot will definitely still be a con man when he gets older. Haha! I can't wait to read Pru's Diary and Abigail's Diary as well. Especially considering that Abigail's just came out. It will be exciting to see what adventures the PALs get themselves into next!
I love all the Spirit Riding Free books as well as the Netflix show. In this story, Lucky breaks her Aunt Cora's bubble bath bottle and must get a job to pay for a new one. When no one will hire her Lucky and her friends start a summer camp for the kids in town. However Lucky's cousin Julian is in town and he isn't making Lucky's job easy. I really like the message of taking responsibility for your actions that can be learned from this book. Lucky wasn't grounded but she had to change her summer plans in order to fix her mistake She also made the best of the situation. These are lessons everyone should learn.
