Ha! = Humoristes Associés -> Glenat 1985 = 120 Fr Nicely textured leather with a dust jacket
Twelve French and two Argentinian cartoonists lampoon food with 1-2 pagers in entirely intermingled fashion throughout. It's very close to wordless outside of the art itself (like signs and labels) with some sparsely strewn brief dialogue. It's mostly in "Claude Serre Fashion"- especially his OWN pages within!
For those who don't know French: I know enough words to understand about half of the pages with words which comprise less than 20% of the book. I skipped the rest and plugged them into a translation website on my LabTabTop afterwards.
This was perfect to leave propped up on my kitchen table thus only reading in appropriate fashion while I was eating.
In the preface there's a page with pictures of all the creators set up in groups making (music) album type faces/poses. It's good to see that they're as goofy as their work!
