I'm still in shock can't believe that he's really gone and that Carmen didn't even get the chance to really make it up to him 😢😢😔😔. Renzo and Rachel got exactly what the hell they deserved the hell they thought this was. Anyway I don't wanna spoil anything but if u haven't already gotten your copy plz do so by 1 clicking part 1 first then the movie then part 2. Trust me you won't regret it. Keep up the good work Danielle Marcus you did an amazing job.

A little disappointed
I gave it 3 stars because the plot was getting good however, how much heart ache can one family take. I feel like the book could have really gone in a better direction even after murders death if Carmen was allowed to evolve and inflict vengeance on Renzo. It's like after his death bad Renzo, snitches to the cop that had been after him for so long that the story died. Both main characters should not have just fallen off. It killed the potential for a GREAT SERIES. Major let down.

“Plug Love” was the BOMB & “Plug Love 2” is THE EXPLOSION! With no fluff, no loose ends, just precise detail…This unpredictable sequel leaves no stone unturned in bringing the storyline to a SHOCKING and unquestionable closure.
After finishing the book, I watched the movie and MAN!!! LET ME TELL YOU! Danielle Marcus DID THAT! Mirroring the storyline to a “T” this was one of the best adaptations I’ve seen!
BRAVO!!! Danielle Marcus most definitely has a new fan!

I'll start off by saying I really did enjoy this series. It was a refreshing view on the typical urban dope boy story.... With that being said CARMEN MADE ME SOOOOOO ANGRY!!! I guess I can see how her situation clouded her judgment but DANNNNNNNG the outcome was not worth it..... I had seen the book but I didn't actually read it until after I saw the reviews for the movie. Congratulations on a successful series and movie adaptation!!! I'm about to go watch the movie now

Damn! I need part 3!
That’s what Rachel ass get. I knew she was messing around Renzo. And Jr got his brothers revenge. I hope that Carmen get out and can have the life she was supposed to have. Her father the truth tho. I love how he went after Rachel although his ass should have went after Rachel! I hope there is a part 3. I heard there is a movie. I’m going to watch that next.

This is the first book that I read that was exactly how the movie played out, with the exception of the ending. I'm really disappointed that Murda had to die and Carmen got life in prison. I love their love story and how the author made you feel like you was apart of the story. Everytime it stated their heart raced, or tears dropped, I felt the same way. Good book! Hope there's a part two for the movie!

It left off exactly where part 1 ended. Murda now knows that Carmen is the plugs girl. He feels as though she has played with his heart and now wants nothing to do with her. Renzo has an agenda of his own after finding out that Carmen and Murda have been messing around. There was a few surprises that caught me off guard. Wish it would have been longer. Great job.

This book was very good and the movie was good as well. Danielle Marcus has mastered the art of the pen and th r big screen she pulls you in and the scenes unfold and you become the characters. I am so happy Karma caught up with Renzo because he thought he was slick as oil NOT. AWESOME read and can't wait for so much more from Danielle

It was better than part 1. Although it shouldn't have been a two parter. It was only 69 page and could've just been included in the original "Plug Love". Especially considering it was $3. I gave it 3 stars because I felt although it was a cute little story it was unnecessary and should've been free.

What Carmen done isn't explainable because no matter how bad you're being treated in a relationship, you can always leave. She really loved renzo and I don't think she realized he wasn't goin to stop with his games until she was already too deep with Murda. Now, I feel like this.. Murda ain't got to act the way he acting, but I get that he's upset and hurt. Love trumps it all 💯 if God feel like you should be with somebody, you'll be with them!
Rachel? She the BIGGEST dummy in the story! How you want to be somebody best friend sooo bad but you can't stop sleeping w/ they man 🤦🏾♀️. Honey, that's not your friend and I promise you the same thing he doing to her, he's gonna do it to you too. female's don't understand that though.
All the ones that made Carmen feel stupid about trying to choose love some dummies. Only people who ain’t got shit and don’t want nothing are the ones talking about choosing stability over love. No, nobody wants that. At least I don’t. I’d rather genuine love & we struggle together and get through it rather than fake love and he leave all that bs up to me. You‘d rather a partner through it all, not a teammate.

This was a great little sequel to the first book and by little I mean Jet Magazine sized sequel.I looked at the specs before I purchased and knew it was only a little over 60 pages before I purchased. I got the first book during a free promotion so the price wasn't too shabby considering I didn't pay full price for the first book. I also haven't seen the movie yet. Plug Love 2 is the finale to Plug Love 1....in this book we find out the true cost of playing with people's hearts. While it was short, I don't feel that I was left with any additional questions and the storyline wrapped it all up nicely.
