Andrew is an artist with a Fcket List. He’s got 200 varieties of women he intends to get through and he doesn’t intend to stop until he’s sampled each and every one of them. However, the best laid plans can change and that’s exactly what happens when he catches a glimpse of Lilah on a flyer. When they meet, Lilah puts him off despite their mutual attraction, but that only makes Andrew even more determined to make her submit. Interested in the how’s and why’s? It’s well-written, a bit smutty and has a guaranteed HEA. What more can you ask for?

Andrew has a special kind of bucket list, one about all the types of woman he wants to sleep with. When Andrew sees a photo of Lilah in a folder, he knows he wants her. Lilah is a teacher with a big dream, but for that dream she needs money. Someone offers her that money if she works for him during the summer. She will manage people’s money and invest it. Andrew visits Lilah’s office for an appointment and Lilah will invest his money. Andrew does have a few conditions and he wants Lilah to go on a date with him. The dates goes very well and more will follow.
I like Andrew and Lilah. Andrew grew on me and I liked him the most. He’s a rich, successful and passionate artist. He only wants one thing from Lilah at the beginning, but he wants more when he gets to know her better. He loves to be with her and falls in love with her. Andrew has his reasons for not wanting a committed relationship, but Lilah changes that. He trusts her.
Lilah is sweet, caring, loving, determined, kind and passionate. She knows what she wants. She really wants that money. She wasn’t looking for love, but she was attracted to Andrew from the start. She likes to spend time with him.
I’ve never read anything by Lulu Pratt, but I’ve read everything by Simone Sowood. I wanted to love Going Down more than I did. There were some things that I really loved, but the second half of this book was too predictable. I did love the epilogue! It was a beautiful ending of Andrew and Lilah’s story.

This book to me a little bit to get into it but once I did I was hooked and it more then made up for the slow part. I loved these characters. They are both strong and knows what they want. How can some one not love a book that talks about the guy having a f*** list. Its great.
I think the emotions of this book really jumped out. I could feel their emotions and that's what I love about books is when they affect me.

Charm, drama, family feud, jealousy, steamy sex and so much more. Andrew & Lilah take you on a crazy ride in this wonderful book. Lies are told, hearts are healed and broken but in the end love wins overall!

Andrew is a player and a picture of a woman on a brochure has caught his interest. He makes it his mission to find her. Lilah is an elementary school teacher working as an apprentice for the summer. She's trying to gain the funding that she needs for a special project that she's been working on. In walks Andrew larger than life into her office making her knees weak and her panties dripping wet. Not sure what she wants more Andrew as a client or just him. Andrew finally agrees to talk business with her but with his onw conditions. A place of his choosing and when. Charlotte thinks her boss will be happy but that's not the case he wants her to convince Andrew to invest more in another investment he has picked out. What Charlotte doesn't realize until its too late is that she's being used and that she could end up in some serious trouble. With a little surprise twist being that she finds out the her boss is Andrews estranged brother. Will Charlotte be able to fix the mess she has found herself in? Will Andrew be understanding or just go back to his playboy ways.
I loved this book it was a quick paced book. Once I started I couldn't put it down. The character have steamy hot chemistry, If you buy this book you definitely won't be disappointed.

Andrew is a millionaire playboy with a sexual bucket list and the next to be crossed off is a sexy financial adviser on the front page of a brochure that's landed on his doorstep.
Lilah is a kindergarten teacher but over the summer is working as an apprentice in order to secure funding for a project very close to her heart. What she doesn't expect is to fall for her very first client.
A fast paced read, and once you start you'll find it difficult to put down. Definitely a book I would highly recommend!!

finshed 70% of it, He wants to finish his list by the time he is 30 that is just 2 years away.
But something happens to his drive to finish when he gets a flyer in the mail and sees the stunning
woman on it. Lilah has taken a summer intern job she will receive 250,000.00 after only 3 months work if
she can pull in a certain client. She works for Castle Wealth Management Firm, She has plans for this money
she is going to put it towards her project Thriving Together. Lilah is a teacher of special needs children.
When Andrew meets Lilah he knows that she is his next tick off his list, But when she stands up to him
and doesnt immediately fall at his feet he is more than intrigued. Lilah knows that she needs to stand strong
against her attraction to Andrew, she knows his type, Playboy, One night stand. But when her boss pushes
her to get Andrew to sign with the company, she does.

Andrew is a billionaire artist and Lilah is a school teacher working as a financial manager. Andrew collects and owns multiple cars and Lilah is barely able to hang on to the one she has. Andrew is a man with a list of woman he wants to sleep with and Lilah wants there to be love when she goes to bed with a man. Right from the start of this book I am unsure how these two are going to get together. Their personalities are so very different that I can’t foresee the connection growing past the instant lust that hits at their first meeting. I should have known better than to under estimate these authors. They brought these two characters together in a way that was believable and endearing.
This book did not seem to be a very long read, mainly because once you pick it up you are not going to want to put it down. These two authors will grab your attention right from page one and hold on to it the whole way through. The chemistry is extremely hot, the emotions are real and the characters are so relatable. I definitely recommend this if you’re looking for a new book to read.

Good book, Andrew is a wealthy playboy he is an artist who tends to do his own thing and doesn't ever plan on settling down he has a bucket list of the type of women he wants to have sex with and is slowly ticking them off. Lilah is an elementary school teacher who is trying to establish a business to encourage the school community to help make school more acceptable to children with learning difficulties, she's put everything into this and is struggling to make ends meet and can't seem to raise funds for her charity. She takes a summer vacation job which promises her a guaranteed large sum for her charity if she nets a big client to invest in certain financial businesses. She meets Andrew through this and its instant attraction on both sides soon they can't stay away from each other the magnetism between them is off the scale. Things are not as they seem as Andrews brother Edward is behind everything and causes nothing but trouble. Can their relationship survive all the underhandedness, can Andrew stop being a player? Read and find out. Enjoyable book.

I honestly read this in one setting. It was so good I just couldn't put it down.. I Loved it.
You get hot dirty sex, romance, a twist and HEA.

I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book. What another fantastic co written book by Ms Sowood and Ms Pratt. I really enjoyed the story of Lilah and Andrew to people who meet after Andrew receives a flyer in the mail with Lilah's picture on it advertising financial services. Andrew is immediately taken by her and wants to make er his next conquest. Lilah is a school teacher working for Castle Investments during the summer in order to make money to launch a program she is very passionate about. Neither know they have someone in common and are being manipulated by that someone. This book not only had a hot and steamy love story it was also full intrigue ans suspense. Who would do such a thing to either of them? And why? What will happen when the truth comes out? Can they get past what appears to be betrayal? and the fat that neither one was the one trying to hurt the other? This was such a great read and I could not put it down! I absolutely loved the way things were finally resolved and Lilah and Andrew were able to get their HEA!

Andrew Knight is a rich, cocky, and arrogant artist. A brochure showing a beautiful woman gets his attention and he can’t keep his mind off her. He meets with her and she is not his expected easy conquest, which makes her even more attractive to him – she is a challenge! Lilah, a teacher, is trying to earn money to help children. She needs to sign Andrew up as her client in order to get the funding she needs. Will Andrew discover what’s behind this setup? Will Lilah fulfill her obligations to get the funding or will she lose that opportunity? Or can an unfeeling man fall in love and experience read feelings?
This was a well written and good story. There were enough twists and turns to keep the reader interested. The secrets gave it some tension and suspense. This was definitely worth reading. I was given a copy of this book and voluntarily chose to review it. My comments reflect my honest opinion.

There is Lilac who is a teacher that takes a summer job at a financial firm to helping fund a special needs program for kids with autism. Her boss tells her that if she lands a big investor client, he will fund the program. Then there is Andrew who is an artist and rich. He is a big playboy who is sleeping himself through a list of women he wants to bed before he is thirty. Andrew finds a leaflet that Lilac made and is in lust with her picture. Decides to add her to his list. There is an immediate attraction and Andrew starts to seduce her. Will he be able to seduce her? Will she go out with him? Will the pressure she is getting from her boss to get Andrew to invest be a good thing or not? Will it all end up being a disaster? You'll need to read the book to find out. I enjoyed it, hope you do as well.

Going down . I enjoyed this book! It was a interesting story. Andrew is the ultimate alpha male playboy. He stumbled across a pamphlet with a gorgeous woman on it and decided he had to have her. Lilah put up a front against Andrew because she needed him to invest in a company her boss told her she had to get him to invest in. The drama starts to heat up when Lilah finds out her boss is Andrew's brother and they hate each other. Lilah gets stuck in the middle and doesn't know what to do. Edward gets to Andrew first with information and Lilah and Andrew's world falls apart. This was a great read! *** I voluntarily read a Review Copy of this book. This story had so much going on in it. Lilah has found herself a summer job to make her dreams come true. She meets Andrew, who has a menu of women-types on his sexual bucket list. Lilah is pretty feisty and forthright, and it’s not long before Andrew realises he had to invest a lot of time in the irresistible Lilah. He doesn’t mean to, but he woos her beautifully. No spoilers, but there are some fantastic painting scenes, family and work drama, a weekend in the Hamptons (Charli next please!), and a shout out to Ronaldo and Cristiano that are not to be missed. Excellent read, lots of emotion but not too much drama.

Sheesh! This was one scorching, page turning book!! These ladies outdid themselves with the writing. There is not one part of this story that I did not like. And the sex? Super hot!! In fact, I might be stealing one of the scenes they wrote. Trust me you will know the one when you read it! A book that is seriously not to be missed! Oh my stars! Don't worry about falling for Andrew - you'll hate him from the very start! Such an arrogant piece of work! Well of course we're going to fall in love with him eventually, but not until Lilah hands him his ... you-know-what a few times and finally he begins to wake up to what's really important in his life. So much fun in this book, so much to love about both Andrew and Lilah. Great story, super pacing, amazing dialogue - this book has it all. It's a guaranteed one-click, read-straight-through-don't-stop-for-nothing romance that is sure to brighten your day. I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book.

Andrew is an artist who needs to get through his bucket list before he turns thirty. He receives a flier in the mail that has a beautiful woman on it. He decides to add her to his bucket list. Lilah is a kindergarten teacher, school is out and she needs to raise money for her program. She gets turned down until Edward makes her an offer. Wow this book had me from the very first page until the end. Andrew and Lilah are so enticing together. I hated Edward and his manipulative ways. Absolutely loved this book and definitely recommend it. I voluntarily received this book to review for my honest opinion.

Their story is hilarious, heartwarming and drool worthy at the same time.
I loved both main characters. They are so authentic in everything they do, think and say, and it is endearing to watch them grow as a couple.
Once you started reading, you cannot put down this masterpiece of a book!
It is an absolute must-read and a real page turner!

A nice story line and plot. The main characters are Lilah and Andrew. Lilah was a bit annoying but it got better throughout the book. Andrew was a great likeable guy that develop very fast. Andrews bucket list is a different story line and that give it a twist but there were more to come. There is a lot of hot chemistry and attraction between the characters. Some supporting characters gives this story the edge of drama and therefor it receives a 4 star review. It has laughs, twist, secrets, drama, passion and lust to it. Enjoyable and recommendable story.
