Delaney and Bennett are the perfect blend of sweet and steamy! Delaney has always been set apart from the world by her amazing intellect. It was apparent from a young age that she was gifted and so that she could put her amazing brains to their fullest she has been living at Stamford since she was eleven! While that fostered her intellectual development it stunted her interpersonal relations leaving her woefully behind in terms of social niceties and general experiences. Her work means everything to her and has implications that could change global energy production. Bennett was sent in by his CO to protect Dr Watson and her research at any cost. They cannot let a foreign power possess or suppress this breakthrough. He was just supposed to pose as her TA and figure out who among them is the one looking to harm her. But the more time he spends with Laney, the more he falls for the brainy beauty. Protecting her now is but only his job but his mission in life.

This is steamy and entertaining. Smart girl meets alpha male and sparks fly. The storyline is engrossing and suspenseful, the characters are intriguing and captivating. It's an exciting read.

This book was a fast read for me, I couldn't put it down till I finished it! I devoured it in one day! Such a great story, the cute innocent genius falling for her SEAL protector. There's a lot of heat, danger and love in this story! Absolutely loved it.

My third read of Ms. Sullivan's works and it was the last chance for us to develop a relationship. All her novel synopsis' sound great but my reads 1 and 2 with over 4-star ratings were inferior to 'Seal's Professor' which was rated only 3.87 stars.
Intrigue, cute and sexy MC's interaction and development without being unbelievable and each page held my interest.

This was a quick and entertaining read. I liked how quickly Bennett and Laney came together and how we got straight to the action, even if the villainous element was a bit predictable and handled rather easily. I wasn't the biggest fan of the long separation between the two at the end, but the overall ending was satisfying nonetheless.

Wow - this book has it all! A smokin' hot hyper-protective SEAL, a feisty. sweet, adorably nerdy professor, plenty of action, and even more burning-up-the-sheets action! Dr. Watson - Laney to her friends - is about to complete her breakthrough research project and someone at the university is trying to sell it out from under her, or kill her to get her out of the way.

Bennett is a swoon-worthy hero in every sense of the word. He doesn't want to fall for Laney because he knows relationships don't work with the demands of a Navy SEAL. Laney is beautifully written; the author really captures her super-intelligence without making her lofty or arrogant. She just wants the experience that comes from sharing an intimate relationship; she knows there's likely no chance of it becoming serious but she goes into it with her eyes wide open.

This a unique story with lots of twists and adventures in store, along with a deeply emotional love story that is simply a joy to read. I really enjoyed every page, every paragraph, every step of the way. I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book.

This is a unique SEAL story. Is fun, quick, well written, lovable and sexy characters, and sexy times... you name it! You cannot go wrong with this one, well is usually like that with Piper Sullivan's novels, but I reallyyyy love this one!

Dr. Delany Watson has a brilliant mind. She is a genius, at age 12 she was studying at Standford! She is a little socially awkward but not in a way that make others feel uncomfortable. Besides been brilliant she is a very very beautiful woman even though she doesn't know it. But most important is that she is on the verge of a major breakthrough in renewable energy.

Bennet Atlas is a SEAL and his mission is to protect Delany even when she do not know she is in danger and that he is there to protect her. He didn't know that she was a beauty and a very likable person. He has the hots for her and at first he didn't make a move, but when she gets in danger for the first time all bets are off. He have to have her. But will he want to keep her? Or will she want to keep him when she knows why is he there for?

This is a unique story about a young woman Delaney who is a genius and leaves home at 11 to attend college. Now Dr Delaney Watson is making strides on revolutionary research and is in unknown danger. Bennett has become Delaney's TA with the disguise he is trying to figure out what he wants to do after the Navy as a Seal. He is a smart man and able to pull off he is undercover to protect Delaney. Some unusual events occur and Bennett needs to figure out what's going on and who has betrayed her and sold out to some unsavory individuals. While Bennett takes care of Delaney he can not help but care for her. They fall into a routine living in the same house and end up allowing their undeniable attraction to one another take them to experiencing each other. After all Delaney has gone through it has only allowed her to become an amazing well rounded woman! I loved how Bennett did what he had to in order to make the next step to his future. A fast paced suspense, mystery, and romance all rolled into one!

Delaney is one of the smartest people in the world and someone wants her dead because her research is going to change the world. Bennett is a Navy seal who has been sent to protect her with Delaney’s knowledge. She doesn’t even know that her life is in danger when Bennett is assigned as her new TA.
As the mystery unfolds and Delaney pieces together that her life is in danger because of her research, she becomes closer to Bennett and knows that she has to finish what she is working on. Together they have to come up with a way to catch who is responsible for wanting Delaney dead and who wants to steal her research.
Bennett’s entire life has been the Navy seal’s and now there's a little red head that is grabbing his attention and is starting to mean a lot to him. He knows he has to figure out who wants Delaney out of the picture before he loses her forever.

Another great story by Piper Sullivan. This author never disappoints! Delaney is a genius and a Professor at Stanford. She has lived there and attended college since the age of 12. She's working on her second phd and in the middle of amazing research that will put an end to the United States dependency on overseas oil companies. Unfortunately, some people don't want that to happen so she's in danger. Navy Seal Bennett Atlas has been sent undercover to protect her in the disguise of her teaching assistant. Only thing is, Delaney is not quite so smart in interacting with people and doesn't realize the danger she is in. Bennett ends up becoming her roommate and sparks fly from day one. An intimate relationship could jeopardize the assignment and Bennett tries to fight it but in the end, both give in. Hot and steamy is all I can say! Wow! Next come the attempts on her life and home. A crazy roller coaster ride full of action, danger, blow your mind sex, and science. So much happens in this book. Such an awesome read that you need to grab now! I love the story with a brilliant professor and the alpha protector.
Delaney (Laney) Watson is one of the smartest people in the US. But she isn't one to rub your nose in it. She tries to make thing easier for other people and now is trying to make the world a better place. But that's the issue, with her research she is now a target by people who don't want to lose out on money or power. That brings in Navy SEAL Bennett Atlas. He is there to protect her only she doesn't know it. She even let's him rent a room from her so he is there all the time.
She is attracted to him but doesn't think he is attracted to her since no one has ever showed her true interest before. But Bennett quickly let's her know that is not the case and soon the 2 are involved. But what happens when feels get involved and the truth comes out, plus there is still someone after her and her research...
Cute, funny, fast read.

Good storyline, interesting science aspect

I really liked the science aspect in this book. The characters were likable but i would have enjoyed learning more about them to get me more invested in the story.; there was little character development for Laney and absolutely none for Bennett. The storyline was interesting. Chemistry between the two was good.

I liked how protective Bennett wanted to be, however he was a very poor bodyguard; on at least four separate occasions, Laney identified signs of danger (noises, being followed) when he was clueless. She was more aware of her surroundings than her supposed bodyguard was!

I did get annoyed at the severe lack of commas, especially the ones that altered the meaning of sentences. And Laney was made out to be unbelievably innocent using language like "gosh" and "oh my goodness.” So it had a few issues that bothered me and didn't have much depth, but still a good read.

OMG! This book is filled with intrigue, danger, deceit, lust, sexy scenes, and love. I couldn’t put this book down. Delaney is a genius. She has been at Stanford University since she was 12 years old. She was a professor there learning how to deal with the public. She had a project that would make oil obsolete for fuel. Bennett was a seal assigned to protect Delaney and her project. She was in the dark about that and thought he was a student aid assigned to help her. Read about their interactions and the intrigue that followed Delaney. Who was after her project? Who was Bennett really? Was what Delaney felt for Bennett love? Grab this book and find out what happens.
Piper once again shows her talent as an author. She takes her characters and builds them to where they intertwine with each other and the plot.

I know I say this after every Piper Sullivan book I read but I just love these books. She packs so much into these books. I fall in love with the characters so fast and then I never want the book to end. This book was no different. Delaney was such a smart woman who only craved to be loved and have a family. When she was little she was so smart her parents were not sure what to do with her so they sent her to Standford. At Standford she took cases, got smarter and did research. She was just so lonely. In walks Bennett. I honestly think he fell for her as fast as she fell for him. This book was full of love, laughs and action. It is for sure a five star read. I loved it from start to finish.

Excellent contemporary Navy SEAL/scientist romance. Laney is a child genius who spent from her pre-teen years at Stanford University and was working on a world changing discovery. Bennett is a SEAL who went in undercover to protect both her and her research. Laney is socially inept often but is trying to learn to communicate better with non-scientists. Unfortunately, many learn of her research and want the glory and financial gains. There is action, intrigue, suspense and romance. The lead characters are dedicated and like each other but some will stop at nothing to get her research. I received a complementary copy of this book and chose to write a review. I look forward to reading future books by Ms. Sullivan.

This was the first book I read by Piper Sullivan and the story really caught my attention. I couldn't put it down until I had finished reading it.
From the beginning of the story, I already liked Laney. Even though she is a genius, she is not an egocentric person and seeks to relate to people in the best way possible, despite claiming she has no concept of how to relate to people.
And Bennett, what to speak of this man, besides sighing with his appearance. From the beginning he showed Laney that she was special and that he admired her, both for her genius and her simplicity.
And I loved their relationship, first as roommates, then as lovers, and facing every possible danger for Laney to stay safe.
I loved the story and the characters.
I highly recommend the reading.

This is a romantic suspenseful love story. Delaney a genius that dedicated to her research that will change the world with energy. Then bad boy Navy Seal Bennett stumbles into her life. He there to protector her without her knowledge to know she’s in danger. There is chemistry between the two that cannot be denied. Even if Delaney does not know how beautiful and talented she really is. Bennett shows Delaney just how hot their chemistry is together. SEALed with a kiss

Brilliant, sexy, awkard, and in danger her research could change the world. She just has to stay alive long enough to finish her project. The thing is she doesn't know some is out to kill her and steal her brain child.

He is a Navy Seal assigned to protect the shy lovely Doctor and figure out who is behind everything while she finishes. Without her finding out while being extremely attracted to her might pose a little problem.

Good story. I loved the plot and the characters were great. Plenty of action both in and out of the bed. Danger, attraction, lust, overall awesome story combo.

Delaney is a genius who develop an important program and she’s have to be protect. But she’s not completely socially adapted, so, her professor present her her assistant, but is a seal doing his mission. They fall for each other but Delaney is a target that Bennet must protect without telling her.
It’s a well written hot book. I loved the character of Delaney and I like their relationship and the way they open to each other. In a way, it’s predictable, but not to much.

A romance story about Laney and Bennett. Delaney is a scientist and Bennett is a former seal that is now going to protect Delaney.
It is a sweet and hot story and I like the plot. It is predictable but that does not spoil the story and enjoying it. It has twists and turns that I did not expect. The way the main characters develop and open up to each other is very enjoyable. The story has drama, action, lust and emotions in it.

I really enjoyed this story and the development between the main characters. This is a story of the super smart girl who meets the hot alpha male and have that insta connection. I have to say the action in this story definitely keeps it moving at a fast pace and really works well with this story and kept me interested. Plus i really enjoy the realness of Laney and the protectiveness of Bennett. I think this is a great read that many will enjoy and provides some really good steamy scenes.

Delaney is a genius scientist whos research will change the world. Bennett a Seal is tasked with being her protector as Delaney's life is in danger as others want her research and will do anything to get it. When the socially awkward scientist and outspoken Seal meet Delaney starts experiencing feelings that she has never felt before. Bennett has no time for romance or so he thought.
Seal's Professor a steamy romance is a must read, everytime I've read a Piper Sullivan book I haven't been disappointed with the story line or characters.

Very Steamy!!!

I wasn't sure when l first found this book how it would go as l hadn't read any of Piper Sullivans work before
HOWEVER l am now fully commited to reading as much of her work as possible!!!
The characters are well rounded, believable and beside being Sexy as Hell they work well together on SO
Many levels.....Would l recommend This Book??? HELL YEAH!!! Do yourself a favour and start checking out

Loved this book. It's quick, funny, suspenseful and steamy. This was different from most books I've read in that Delaney is a bad ass genius physicist! She pretty much grew up at Stanford University and had been working on a ground breaking project. Enter Bennet who was sent by the Navy to protect her from people who wanted to steal her research. Can they fall in love while on the run?
