Outback Australia: True Stories - Vol. 2

Rate this book
Living in Australia has its challenges, whether you live in the Outback or the outer suburbs. The world's deadliest creatures regularly mix with mankind, and yet everyone gets along OK. Most of the time.

The weather can be harsh too, with extreme heat. But is it really so bad?
These are the true stories of one person's journey from the suburbs to the remote northern Outback. It is a story of deadly snakes, bush drumming, killer bicycles, and barramundi fishing.

Compiled by Matt Flynn, a former Northern Territory of Australia journalist who now publishes outdoors magazines from his farm in southern Tasmania.

Good fun. This book is different from the first one, being stories from the same person. Lots of stories about Australian nasty creatures, but presented in a good light. A bit short but still worthwhile.
