Excellent

By far the best UX book I have read. Great hints and guides. On top of the free website access to get well prepared templates. In my business Weis UX intensively although we are nota tech bizz per se. The first half has real value. The second half is more focused in app or site design (which forced me to imagine some parallels). Congrats.
