I have to say that Unlock Your Hip Flexors is a useful guide for improving the flexibility hip. This book goes into a lot about hip flexor, how can you get the pain, and also how to fix it with some exercises and stretching and certain movements to trigger point release for your hip flexors. It's well-written with detailed instruction give me a better overview of the stances and movements for activity. I finally can relief of hip flexor pain after following some simple exercises as Rick Kaselj explained.
