Over the years, he has: regularly fasted for over 40 hours, taught himself two foreign languages, lost over 30 pounds in 12 weeks, ran several businesses in various industries, took ice-cold showers and baths, lived on a small tropical island in a foreign country for several months, and wrote 400-page long novel's worth of short stories in one month.

Well structured this book has a nice balance between advice, real life examples and exercises for the reader to try. There is a lot to learn from in this book, and if you apply what you learn it has the potential to help you make progress faster by using experiences seen as failure as learning opportunities that give you a better chance of success in the future.

Easy to read and easy to understand, this is a book that everyone can use to reach success faster, no matter the age or experience of the reader. A must read for anyone who feels stuck in a cycle of failures.

I received a free Advanced Readers Copy of this book at my request and I voluntarily wrote this honest review.

The book is very crisp. It give you practical steps and brilliant examples on how to change your perception towards failure and use it as a tool to grow yourself.
The book has everything you need to deal with any failure in your life. The author has written straight to the point content.
If you take actionable steps suggested by the author after reading this book, it can really have a big impact in your life.
The last part of the books was special where the author talks about when to give up on your goals, which is a very important topic which very few people talk about.
Overall a really good book that will help you get through difficult times.

I read the book a couple of months ago and I did not even remember too much about it.

This is an indication that nothing was really useful inside and therefore my brain simply forgot very, very quickly.

Wow!!!! I haven't read all that many self-help types of books, but I must say that this one was really good!! All the other ones I've read so far are just about business or your career and seem marketed specifically to 40- to 50-year-olds who work office jobs and are just not satisfied with their lives at all.
But this book was truly applicable to all walks of life!!! I truly enjoyed it.

I've had this on my kindle waiting to read it for some time, and I regret that it's taken me so long. I could really have used this advice oh, a decade ago? It's still good now and I like the exercises Meadows suggests.
