Great introduction, great primer, valuable and all the good words I can say/mean!
Well, it spells out NLP better than most beginner primers I've read. Also, he has a (to use his term) Black Belt mastery of terminology and contextual meaning. For a beginner, one cannot ask for a better, more concise introduction. For intermediate and advanced, it is a quick and fun read that clears up some misconceptions. I recommend it.
