Continue with Eddie and Shadow (Vlad)'s move to Boston and is told from Vlad's POV. Readers get to learn Eddie's mothers real identity and her disapproval of their relationship. Someone from Vlad's old life shows up and causes issues with Eddie and Shadow's relationship. Shadow is left scrambling to save their relationship finding no help at first and then getting help from the most unexpected person.

It was a good follow up to the first book but the cover didn't really fit with the first book. Also there were several grammatical hiccups.

Dnf at 15%. It was not that bad so i do not want to gove it 1 star but i was so bored and unenthusiastic to continue reading it...
