This book is insightful and brimming with facts and information that any songwriter / artist should know about the brutal music industry. Being a singer / songwriter myself, this book definitely helped expand my knowledge, by simply laying all the cards out on the table, even the cards I'd prefer not to see. It's the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the bittersweet truth.

I’ve recently become involved in the Music business and this book gave me a better understanding of what to expect. The Author did a great job of breaking down tons of information in a way that’s easy to understand.
