The second book in the Music Business Made Simple series, provides the tools needed to start and operate an independent record label. It offers useful, straightforward advice and information that apply to every person who is interested in starting a label, presently running a small label, or curious about how an independent record company operates.
I'm not planning on starting an indie record label anytime soon, but I'm becoming extremely interested in the music business and technology. My thought is that I'd like to buy vintage recording equipment just for my own personal recording needs at home for fun, but why have a liability when you can have an asset? This book does exactly what it needs to, and it points to many other resources that I'm quite excited about. Golly good show.
