As a beginner, this isn't the best. I feel like this book would be better as a companion to a Ayurvedic 101 class. This is a great material for reference, but not necessarily for an "easy, beginner, overall" guide.

An extremely comprehensive book on Ayurveda.

This book has so much information on Ayurveda compiled all together to make it easy for the reader to grasp the ideas behind Ayurveda, it's history, and breaks it down into understandable chapters. This will be my go to book for Ayurveda research in the future. For sure! I would give it ten stars if I could.
