It's been years, high school I believe, but this changed the way I approach all of my physical endeavors. Not light reading, too much for many young athletes. When a person decides they want to dedicate themselves fully to their craft, including their internal state, it requires a transformation. The Inner Athlete gives the reader the tools and approach to create an inner world of possibility.

There were some good ideas and suggestions. I was kind of hoping to get more from it, but overall it was helpful.
