AKA Spring Once More
I think this is the first danmei I read with I appreciate fan translators but the translations for this one were rough. I read that the prose for this book was really good and I could not tell with the translation. Especially during the final chapters, character names were mixed up and it was confusing trying to figure out what was even going on. I did think this book had a lot of funny moments . Overall I enjoyed it and it was a pretty quick read.
Summary: MC accidentally gets hit by lightning and dies because the underworld workers made a mistake so to make it up to him, they send him to the take over the corpse of an ancient prince who recently died. This prince snatched pretty men (and a boy) off the streets and coerced them into becoming his concubines. The MC pretends the near death experience has caused the prince to turn over a new leaf and navigates his harem and random palace troubles.
