Super questionable consent. h had been denying H and then she woke up with him sitting naked on the side of her bed, her arms tied to the headboard and he refused to release her until she gave in with no discussion of boundaries/safe words first. Multiple instances of limit pushing/no gained consent/ignoring the h's denial because he "knew what she really wanted."

Also, this is set in a contemporary setting and the rich family had "servants" not "staff" which annoyed the piss out of me.

The hunt for good power exchange romance novels continues.

Very sexy

There were two stories in this book. Both were super sexy, but both also lacked a plot. The detailed sex scenes more than enough made up for lack of a plot and I felt in the mood for that. I was able to read this because this book was part of Kindle Unlimited, otherwise many of Ms. Leigh's books are usually to expensive to purchase on kindle.

This is the second read of these stories. They are hot stories these are more sex than story line but that doesn't make them any less readable. They are quick reads when you need a change.

Steamy read...with unsuspecting menage

This book was not hot and erotic. First time reading this author and so worth it. With a touch of dominance and submission in the mix, you can't go wrong. And I love the HEA ending for each storyline. Can't wait to see what else Ms. Leigh has up her sleeve for the next book😉

Only read 1

I only read the one with Tessa, the daughter. I myself unable to read about the mother's escapades. This isn't about writing style, just the content of relation urks me. If was just a sister or friend might not be so odd for me.

I'll assume tho, based on writing style others will enjoy the 2nd part.

But Tessa's, I loved!!! My fav was her final lesson. :D

Parts 1 and 2 of this series was a delicious start! I've read nearly all of them and I was happy to see this in KU because I hadn't read Surrender before. Absolutely love Lora Leigh and cannot say enough on any of her books!
