This Nutshell provides a comprehensive guide to the law of contracts. It contains expert explanations of contract concepts under both the common law and Article 2 of the Uniform Commercial Code. It also includes the basics of the Law of Restitution and an introduction to digital contracting.
I've read this book and will re-read it soon to prepare for the baby bar. Like the others in this series it's good for me because it starts with concepts and builds upon them which is better for me than wrote memorization like the Gilbert's Law Summaries which are also very usefull. Of course not a primary source of information, as per the books intro.
