This is an outstanding book. Written by Christine Rosenbloom and Bob Murray it covers the most salient issues of eating well and staying fit as we grow older. I especially enjoyed reading the personal vignettes and taking the Assess Yourself Quizzes. Each chapter concludes with Useful Resources. An important and timely read.

If you're new to reading about health and nutrition this would be a great guide for you. It has logical, educated plans for you to follow and very good advice. However, if you're like me and devour information on those topics any time you can, you will most likely find information here that you've read before.
