This is a book with really short devotionals of life advice with quotes and scripture attached. The first half of the book felt like actual helpful advice, but as the book went on, it felt very “do this” “don’t do this” and kind of felt like a parent giving you advice before getting to high school. Maybe it’s helpful for some people but I didn’t like the last half of this book.

It's an amazing spiritual guide! I like the way that it convey thoughtful messages with just little words, and included relevant sentences from bible. I feel peaceful and relaxed as I read it.
Read it slowly and tell him talk to your heart, empower and transform your life.
