I read the Kindle edition of this book.

At only 59 pages (according to my Kindle) this book is short and too the point. It contains a lot of tips on how to control Depression and Anxiety, but not a lot of detail or science. Its more like a Cliff's Notes version. It felt like a bunch of blog posts were put together into a book. Most of the suggestions are good ones (meditate, be mindful, keep a gratitude journal...) Some I weren't aware of (go out and observe people, talk to a friend every day...)

If you are looking for a book on why something is going to help your depression or anxiety, this isn't it. If you are looking for a quick read with some new habits that might help your depression or anxiety, this could help you.

Thank You

This is the first time someone has put into words what I have been feeling. I know at my age of 72 I am feeling a sense of being unworthy. My life was filled with my children and grandchildren. Now they have busy lives of their own so I'm not needed so much. But you have made me realize I am still an important figure in their lives, just in a different capacity. I will follow your advice and continue to change my negative outlook to a more positive one. Again thank you!
