Well written story with good storyline and plot. I like that the characters are relatable and likeable. It has a nice pace to it. I like the main characters and how they develop. The story flows nicely and it is very captivating from first to last chapter. It surprised me sometimes with the twists. It has emotional ups and downs.

DNF at 65%. I am not a fan of Insta-love. How can you know someone for a couple of days and then declare your love for them just because they were nice to you?!?! The grammar needs work as well.

This story is amazing. As I read this story it had me feeling so many things. From the White house to the rock music community, you will be immersed into the lifestyles of the rich and privileged along with their secret fetishes. Emily aka Amelia is an innocent woman caught up in the web of Washington powerful men and having seen something that put her life and those she cares about in danger. Jax is a rock star who falls for Emily and after hearing her story he and the band rallies around her to protect her.

this is a story about Scott and Amilia Scott was had a lot of powerful friends in Washington DC and Amilia worked for him by day and was his lover by night Scott was a dom and she was his sub Scott was gong to get married in a couple of of days and he told Amilia it was business and he loved her the day before he got married he took her to a private club he belonged to a to introduce her to the members there she meets Ashton a very young girl when she went to bed she was awaken to a lot of yelling she looked out the door an she saw and heard things she should not have heard and seen when Scott dropped her home that morning she made decided to leave a quickly there were very important men at that club and she knew she was in trouble well ladies that is all i'm saying if you want to know what happens to Amilia you'll have to get this book and believe me you will not be sorry so put your feet up grab a glass of wine and go on the run with Amilia

I had to stop at 26% - There are soo many things wrong with this that it's a DNF
1. DOORMAT - a/k/a Amelia who has a Sub relationship with a Politician - I swear I should have stopped right here since I can't stand Political books and had to look twice as to WHY I got it -
It's not the Sub relationship I had an issue with - it's her bipolar reaction to the love of her life - her newly engaged Dom
2. Leave your high profile job - change your identity and go hide in NY at your HS besties house where you stay for 1 night before taking a job with a Rock Band - in full disguise as a P.A

Having read Daddy's Girls first I wondered just what had happened to poor Amelia. Amelia deserves to be loved fully not just passionately like Scott does. Scott uses her body for his pleasure & treats her badly. Jax is the lead singer of a rock band & is immediately intrigued by the new assistant their manager has placed with them for their tour. Amelia has become Emily having fled from Scott & the other influential, twisted members of the club. Emily wears glasses & wigs to hide from the powerful dangerous men of the Whitehouse who she knows will come for her. Jax has the same all consuming passionate love for her & need for her physically, though treats her like an Angel both in & out of the bedroom. He loves her totally & sees only Ashton. He worships her & she is no longer abused, shared & treated like a dirty little secret. Can Jax & his band & their friends protect Emily from her dangerous past?

This is an okay read but not a great read. It is a stand alone but has close links with the Daddies Girls book, it does bring some issues to light about vulnerable young women being used as sexual toys for very powerful men who believe themselves untouchable. Amelia is used by her powerful Senator boss at the White House he treats her quite cruelly but she believes she is in love with him he does the unthinkable and marries someone else he also promises her to one of his exclusive club cronies and takes her to this club and expises her to the evils it hides. She runs and finds a job touring with a rock band and her life changes from there. This book is okay but one wonders at a woman on the run who believes the man she is running from is the love of her life can suddenly find herself head over heels in love with someone else very quickly.

What a story
The love story between Emily and Jax was stirring and a really sexy and romantic story of two people who quickly fall in love. The back-story as to why Emily had left her old life behind was dark and scary in parts and, no doubt, something that does play out in real life. It was great to read how the support for Emily fell into place and she was able to let the past go and move on. Jax's band mates and his family were great characters. Eddie and Helen were wonderful friends for Emily. Scott et al - well, what can one say - well defined characters one would not like to meet in real life.

wow! what a powerful, strong and sexy story. i love how Emily becomes such a strong women and is smart enough to realize that the love that has developed between her and sexy rocker Jax is what love is suppose to feel and be like. this is such an intense story of breaking away from a dark and painful love in your past to go to a future of a happy and blissful and bright love. this was a book of love, drama, lots of sexy hot rockers. and most of all an amazing love story. a definate must for your reading list.

What a great start to a new to me author.
Rocked is a fast moving novel with a split action story. The first 11 chapters are written in FPOV then we meet the MPOV. Lots of heat, twists, turns and romance. Some dark world situations but none in too graphic detail. Can’t wait to read another by Stella Andrews.

rocked was very rocking I hated the senator very much and couldn't wait for him to get what he deserved but I really like her boy in the end very suave and Debonair great for her in every way and I'm so glad she choose him and not the senator it was a little touch and go for a while and I couldn't see why so was in love with someone so evil and that treated her so bad but i guess we all have are flaws.

Intro was to long for my liking 10 chapters but then again the author was wary detailed in her story.

The sub/dom story is more an abuse and abuse of power (boss and employe) than a sexual consensual relationship! It rubbed me the wrong way with all the story we see in media about women being mistreated in the work place.

I started reading this after starting another Stella Andrews book and felt that I needed to read this one first. It has a lot of great reviews.
I'm ok-ish with the story. I love a good Rockstar romance. All about a little intrigue and suspense. This had those. I was not super excited about the writing itself. I know, I know, I'm not an author. I am a prolific reader, though, and I struggled to stay engaged with this. It was very wordy, the conversations were stilted, and the character-building was just ok. I started it a while ago, stopped, and then came back to finish. I am not one to let books linger and I don't like to DNF.
I won't say not to read this. Check out the other reviews. Read the blurbs. It just wasn't for me.

This book was incredible, with the comparison of two men who both rock one woman's world. The book is a tug of war between the two for her heart. I won't give away who wins, but it is a HEA that you will enjoy!

I absolutely love this book.and Jax is my new favorite character of the amazing Stella Andrews. He is strong and will do anything to keep and protect Emily. Emily has never known love and when she finally lets her walls down she gets the perfect family she has always wanted.

I’ve enjoyed all of Stella’s books. They’re an easy read. But I have to say if I read the word “honey” one more time I may just throw up a little bit. A touch more editing would help too.
