I loved the second book in this series, it was exciting and entertaining. The characters were awesome, and I loved them. This whole captivating and had a nice even flow throughout. Loved this book!

What an epic adventure for the Forest wolves of Mammoth caves. If you've been reading along so far you will love this series too that Kimber White has dished out. Wolf shifters, human women and a death sentence to all that go against the Chief Alpha of Kentucky.
Eve knows something is very wrong in Kentucky Birch Haven College. She kinda knows all the men around them are shifters because of their eyes always changing color. Besides no one was above the age of forty it seems. Its all young men. And the way they look at her friends and her is just unnerving. Every time Chris comes around her to say his bit, her skin crawls from the creepy vibe she gets from him and his friend Joel who for some reason now has her friend Nikki in his claws. How she really wants to know, but doesn't. What she really wants to do is get away from Birch Haven and live her life of freedom without being forced into a mating she doesn't want. But how will she get out when every person in Birch Haven is a shifter and a police officer basically? Her only hope seems to lie with a mysterious wolf shifter named Mac. Can he really save her? And what are these feelings she feels when ever he is around her?

Mac is loyal to their rebel pack and the humans who support them as well as the wolves they help to escape the evil control of the Cheif Alpha. Still, he has to find his sister. He'll go alone to save his mates from the danger of being anywhere near that pack control. The last thing he wanted or expected to find is his own mate.
Eve should have known this "free" ride to college was too good to be true. Something was wrong. Girl's were going missing. Others were changing and more. When she met Mac she was trying to escape. Did she have a friend or foe in this man? Was he in on whatever was going on? Could she trust him? That was the question when she realized he too was a shifter, like the campus police or their prison guards as she was beginning to think of them.
Working together they could get some of the answers they needed? Could he risk his friends and their small pack to save his sister and more?
The author has once again taken a romance and created a world with intense situations, strong characters, lots of steam. She isn't afraid to take chances and pull on the emotions of the reader. A solid recommendation.

Second book in this great series about the Mammoth Forest Wolves Series
Mac is looking for his sister and he thinks she is in this town, where women get the change to study for free.
Eve is one of them and she is in her second year. She starts to get questions about the town she is living in and if it really is such a good place to be.
When she decides to run she runs into Mac literally.
Eve is afraid of all the werewolves in the town she studies, but Mac is different.
She has a pull to him and decides to help him find his sister.
Which brings her into trouble with the creepy werewolves.
But also closer to Mac.
Mac knows Eve is his fated mate. He wasn’t expecting to find her now and the timing is bad.
But now he has to women to fight for, Eve and his sister.
Bring in the evil werewolves and the even more evil Alpha and you have a story with action, creepy moments, fights and hot loving.
Fantastic read and I can’t wait to read the next part in this series.
If it is a good as this one and the first book of this series, I am sure I will love it just like this one.
You can read this one as a standalone, but it is more fun to read book 1 first.

A five star, action-packed read; and it starts at the very beginning.
Mac sets out to find his younger sister and eventually finds her. What he doesn’t expect is to find his mate; and find her, he does.
Eve, a woman without a family is given a full ride to college; a way to escape the town and life she’s always known. When she meets Mac, their instant connection makes all the already forming questions about Birch Haven stronger. She feels it, somethings wrong at the college.
With the help of several other disenchanted ladies and a few alpha wolves, a breakout attempt is made. Injuries are sustained and lives are lost. Most importantly, the Chief Pack Alpha is finally seen and he also gets a look at the resistance.
Another battle against the Alpha is won, but the war isn’t over.
Gunner and Payne’s books promise to be explosive! I can’t wait (rubbing hands in glee)!

This book is just as entertaining as the first one. The rebel wolves are gaining in numbers now and Mac with his fellow wolves are still determined to keep their freedom at all costs especially now as some of them have human mates if they don't the Chief Pack who they are hiding from will try to eliminate them all. Birch Haven is a small town which is totally shifter run by the Chief Pack and the humans going to the college their have no idea what they have just signed onto. Eve is a college student who was given a scholarship to Birch Haven College and now she realises something is definitely not right with this town. Mac a shifter is looking for his sister Lena who is human and has tracked her to Birch Haven. He and Eve are about to cross paths and hopefully nobody will die. A big thank you to Kimber White for the wonderful review copy. Love this series.

Eve Dawson thought that attending Birch Haven College was a dream come true but little things kept adding up to creep her out. Eve isn't like the other young women she's wise to what a shifter looks like. Mac Morris has been doing recon for Mammoth Forest Wolves to get a bead on what's really going on in Birch Haven. Mac is also searching for his sister Lena and hoping to find her at Birch Haven. Mac always thought that fated mates for myth and legend until meeting Eve. Can Mac find his sister Lena? Will Eve be safe at Birch Haven? Your answers await you in Mac.
I'm loving this series! Finally get a glimpse of Chief Pack Alpha about damn time. I've been waiting for this since Rogue Alpha. The characters and story are rich, bold, mysterious, honest, complex, compelling, down to earth, hopeful, wise, and flawed. I can't wait for the next book in the series.

This series really leaves the reader with a nervous ball in the pit of my stomach just anticipating on what may or may not happen next!
Same as with Liam and Molly, Mac and Eve were no different. Secret meetings, clandestine love affair, good shifters, bad shifters, this book had it all. Its very nerve wracking not knowing if the women are going to survive these shifters hell bent on forcing a mating on them or not.
Overall Mac and Eve's story is similar to book one's couple except Eve was a prisoner and Molly wasn't. Still the bond between her and Mac was just as fast and strong as the other mated pairs. Just like Molly, Eve was strong and determined, even if she was scared shitless, she defended herself as best as she could and always maintained control of her fears. Good female lead...

Overall Mac and Eve's story is similar to book one's couple except Eve was a prisoner and Molly wasn't. Still the bond between her and Mac was just as fast and strong as the other mated pairs. Just like Molly, Eve was strong and determined, even if she was scared shitless, she defended herself as best as she could and always maintained control of her fears. Good female lead...

Mac and his brothers are on a difficult mission to take on the alpha who is bent on control. He doesn't expect to meet his mate and have to fight for her too. Eve is beginning to suspect that all is not as it seems with her college scholarship. Mac is someone she feels a connection too and it puts her right in the middle of it all.
It is a well-written paranormal with lots of action and romance. I really liked Mac and his brothers and had respect for them standing up to danger. Mac and Eve make a great couple. I am looking forward to the rest of the series.

God, I love this series
I have to take a break between each book and read something light because this series is kinda intense for me. I get a little anxiety towards the end of each book when it start to come towards its conclusion because the first book of this series showed me that this series wasn't going to hold any punches (someone important to the series dies in the first book and it shocked the the shiZ out of me, I mean, who kills main characters, right?? ) I was so nervous something like that would happen again. No spoilers here, so won't say either way, but for me, the ending chapters of these books are always intense. I would definitely recommend this series.

Mac by Kimber White is book 2 of her Mammoth Forrest Wolves. With each new book I find my dislike of the Chief Pack alpha growing stronger and stronger. He is truly a monster. I can't wait till the free wolves taken him down. Mac is looking for his sister, Lena. What he finds is so much more than he expected. I secret college full of women that the Chief Pack plans to violate, his sister and his fated mate, Eve are all things he wasn't expecting. What happens next is amazing. Kimber, you never fail to bring us a fantastic story. I can't wait to see what's next.

Mac of the Mammoth Forest Wolves Rocks!!!
I loved Liam's story but I absolutely adore Mac's! Mac is going out in search of his sister who was kidnapped and he has a possibly lead as to where she is. He goes to do some reconnaissance of the area and stumbles upon Eve, a student who lives in the town he believes holds his sister.
Not going to give too much away other than to say I absolutely loved Mac and cannot wait to see what more K. White has in store for us:) I received an advance copy for my honest review and I do so willingly!

How can you not love a Kimber White Shifter story? Mac is no different than his alpha buddies. They are all there to put an end to their struggle within the community. Protect the women from non consenting relationships and possibly find a mate. Mac is searching for his sister when love and trouble find him. Read this new Kimber White book and fall in love with Mac.

I just hate bullies! I think that is why I hate the Chief Pack. They are not as wolf packs are portrayed as a rule, wolves are lovers, right? All thru this book, I kept thinking and saying aloud, Oh,no! over and over again. What a trip this book was. As much as I love this series, I can't wait till the end, hopefully a great end. I really feel for these 5 Alpha wolves, so much they have to go thru.

Just WOW! I loved reading Molly and Liam's story, and Mac and Eve's story is just as good! Still filled with suspenseful excitement and encompasses characters from the first book. More background information is woven through, but Liam and Eve were definitely spotlighted.
I am becoming addicted to the Mammoth Forest Wolves...I can't wait for the next addition!

What a great second book to the series. I just love the characters. The story flows so well. The author just did a fabulous job. I can't wait for the third book to come out. I hate to see the end of each book as the characters feel like friends. I highly recommend this book to anyone who loves shifter romance.

Mac is out to find his sister and the clues point to this small college town. Hes doing reconnaissance when he runs into Eve. The town is so much more than it seems and the danger becomes greater the longer the women are in place. The plot thickens, there is more a stake and more risk taken as a result.

Book 2 Is a great story. Mac is trying to find his sister without being caught by the chief pack. Eve got a full scholarship to college but things are not what they seem.
This is a great read and I can't wait for more.
