Finding Me
My name is Cameron Baskins or at least that’s what the people who claim to be my parents call me.
Apparently I’m dating Dyron Evans, have been for a year.
My one and only best friend is supposedly Shane Caldwell.
How would you feel if you woke up in the hospital and didn’t remember a single thing? How would you feel if you learned you were an eye witness to a murder? I have all the answers to solve a crime, but I have no memory of it.
They say to keep your friends close and your enemies closer, yet I don’t know who is who.
Remembering means I know too much.
Remembering means my life is danger.
Remembering means I will be killed.
Then again, if I remember, I will know the truth about everything. Only I’m not sure it’s worth the risk.
