So I created a new tag for this series: they're all cliffhangers. I've read one other series like that, and it, too, was compelling enough to continue. Though honestly, I'm not sure these are worth the $3.99 price tag. Just my opinion. Still, it was a compelling story, and each one so far has ended on a cliffy where you kinda need to read the next one. The author does a good job of weaving various stories together and introducing new couples (from existing characters) and new storylines. But boy do I wish I had waited until they're all out before reading them. :-/
Because I read them all so close together, I'm never going to remember what happened in which book, so I'm not even going to try. But these are all pretty darn steamy, and you're likely to find at least one instance of whatever you're looking for among the pages. M/F? Got it. F/F? Yup. Multiples? Yes. Spanking? Sure. BDSM? Yes. Pegging? Yup. Pretty darn steamy.
I just finished the first three books, and can't wait to see how things work out in the end. And look forward to reading your next installment as this was a set of story's I found hard to put down as you have a way with words that captured the readers attention, thanks for a good read.Fred
As lovely as it was to have more side characters join the story with a background on who they are and how they got there, this one felt rushed and not at all as the previous two books. I didn’t buy Chantal’s newly found passion and those bits read forceful and lacking somehow. Lila’s and Hudson’s momentary fall out was also unconvincing and by extent so was their reconciliation. Hoping the next book picks up the natural flow of the ones previous to this.
