Five years after the horrific murder of an entire family, locals have deemed the family’s vacant farmhouse to be haunted. Jessica Calvert, a journalist from Washington, D.C. is sent to the sleepy town of St. Clair, Pennsylvania to investigate claims of a light randomly turning on and off in an upstairs bedroom. After digging too deep, she discovers that the only way out of a frightening and gruesome situation is to keep digging.
I liked the plot and how the story unfolded. But the story didn't feel realistic in the way a cop not only condoned, but helped a reporter do a lot of illegal stuff!
I've never wrote a review for a book, so I'm not sure of what to do, but here goes.
I loved this book. I liked the paranormal aspect of it. I know the devil can do anything he likes, or that God lets him fly. I didn't like the cursing, but to each his own. I really would recommend this book to family and friends. Thank you for your great work.
Excellent horror story. I’m from NE Pennsylvania and am familiar with all the towns and landmarks mentioned in this book. Very accurate. Thoroughly enjoyed reading this book.
