Vampires were well on their way to following the dodo to extinction. Unable to procreate and slow to replace their numbers through turnings, they were already in dire straights. Organizations such as Victor Sierra hunted supernatural entities with extreme prejudice - reducing vampire numbers yet further with blood and violence. Huddling together for better protection only made the general populations aware of their depredations and brought on a concerted effort to eradicate them once and for all. He and his fellows fought in the Trojan Wars and the Roman Legions, following civilization across the world until settling in the Americas. Their race has been on the decline for centuries. For the humans it isn't fast enough. Seeds of Lorelei was born in the vampire resurgence, and has grown up through the steadily more stringent caste system that developed since vampiresella. She plans to strike down the more unjust laws when her father gives her the power to do so. Events occur that will throw out her carefully laid plans... and rock the vampire world. White Qaanaaq, Greenland has been suffering a series of murders. The residents believe the serial killer came in on the last boatload of desalinization plant workers, and paranoia and frontier justice take hold of the normally peaceful town. Brenda, one long time resident, comes to find out they have well more to worry about than a simple murderer.

I was born in Jacksonville, Florida, and was raised (and currently reside) in California. Currently I live on a small ranch with my husband and daughter. A retired Navy member and a current school teacher, I've always found my true passion to be writing science fiction!

I've always had a vivid imagination and have been writing creatively for a long time (my fifth grade report card reflects this). Before I really buckled down and started writing with the idea of garnering an audience, I would write creative little stories for classes, adventure notes to my friends to read (passed between classes of course), and just in general loved exploring what my brain would throw in my path.

At the age of nineteen, I got it in my head to write fan-fictions based on some of my favorite movies...stories to this day that gets notice and even praise.

I found that the practice really paid off when I started writing my first original work (much harder an endeavor let me tell you) "Forgotten Ties". It was all over after that...I was totally hooked on creating my own worlds and stories! I've not stopped, to this day I have at least 15 manuscripts in some stage of the creative process!
