Beholding Your King

Rate this book
Beholding Your King, a nine-lesson course, is the second part of a two-part series and is ideally completed after Beholding His Glory. We live in a self-centered culture that all too often leaves us feeling empty and dissatisfied. A fuller view of God and His glory is the perfect antidote to this, and Beholding Your King delivers that fresh perspective. Each lesson in this study shows us how all Scripture points us to our Redeemer, Jesus Christ. Picking up where Beholding His Glory leaves off, the story of salvation history is continued. We'll look at King David, select psalms, the temple, and many Old Testament prophets and see the ways in which they all point to the coming King of kings, Jesus Christ.

I love love love my bible study group.... we get deeper into the subject. I was just not that impressed with this particular book. It was like Lisa got bored and it was a repeat to some of the earlier ones..now maybe if I had not done all the other ones it would have impressed me??? Most of the days of the chapters just seemed to be repeat of the earlier day of the chapter.

Excellent study guide and wonderful insight. I have been in Bible studies of different denominations for over 30 years. Lisa brings new understanding and ways of thinking that I haven’t seen before. Study is uplifting and informative. So glad we finally have a Catholic Bible study teacher to compare with Beth Moore and Joyce Meyers!
