Pretzel Pizza Murder

Rate this book
Eleanora Pacelli’s life in Kittiport, Maine, has settled into a comfortable routine. She’s happy, if sometimes a little bit too busy for her liking. Her circumstances change, however, when an unexpected visitor shows up at her home, claiming not only to be a relative, but to have a stake in the family business.
With Papa Pacelli’s Pizzeria and her livelihood on the line, the one person who could have helped her is brutally murdered, and Ellie doesn’t know where to turn or what to do when a scheming relative tries to take over the pizzeria. If she doesn’t come up with a plan quickly, her life may never be the same, and her future is shaky at best.

Pizzeria in jeopardy

Who would have ever seen that coming. I would not have. Thank goodness things work out for themselves. I cannot wait to see what is in store for the pizzeria.

Ellie is happy to be settling into her comfortable life in Kittiport, Maine. She is staying busy running the pizzeria. Living with her grandmother has been an amazing opportunity to get to know her Nonna. Suddenly a visitor arrives with news that shakes Ellie and her grandmother to their cores.
Ellie’s great-aunt arrives unexpectedly with her husband. She believes that she is the legal owner of the pizzeria and intends to stake her claim. It seems to be opportunistic since the pizzeria is thriving, and Ellie and Nonna work to protect the business. The one person who could help them is found brutally murdered and without a good plan who knows what could happen
This was another great addition to the Papa Pacelli’s series. It was filled with action and new characters that grab your attention. Laden with red herrings, this book get my interested throughout. This series is a must read.

Ellie is in shock when a relative she has never heard of shows up and claims to own half of the pizzeria. When they go to confirm the will is real, they find the lawyer has been murdered. This book is full of stress for Ellie and her Nonna. Kudos to the author for coming up with something totally unexpected! This is an excellent book with a pretty terrific ending.

Wonderful!

I was given a copy of this book in return for an honest review. Wow! I feel breathless after reading this latest book in the series and I love how I felt mad, sad, happy and hopeful while reading it. So much seemed to have happened in a short time. The appearance of an unknown great aunt really stirred things up and the book could not have been any better! The only thing left to say is I am really looking forward to the pizzaria growing as well as Elie starting her life with Russell. This book was excellent!

Most definitely a 5-star read

This story is well written with a terrific plot. The actions of a surprise persons arrival may involve Ellie to lose control of the pizzeria that was left to her grandmother , then passed to Ellie. Multiple things start to happen, and this story ends with surprises that were not seen coming. Great read....I enjoyed reading this story. I recommend that every one reads this story.

Beware of distant relative bring a different will !!!!

Wow, Ellie got blindsided with this mess, from her grandparents feud from the past.
Ann's sister-in-law shows up unexpected causing all kinds of mess for Ellie and Ann for something that Ann's husband had done in the past he never told her.
That ended in murder, breaking and entering 3 times.
You got to read this book, you will love it.

What a great read! Ellie has to fight to keep Papa Pacelli's hers while trying to help Russell figure out who the murderer is! In the middle of all that, Ellie is also helping Linda with opening the new store in Florida AND hiring a new employee. Will Ellie be able to handle it all?? Or will the stress be too much??

the next in the series

This book was a little disappointing compared to the others. It had a different feel than I am used to. Ellie suddenly discovers she has an aunt who is now claiming to own half the pizzeria. The lawyer who was going to resolve this is found murdered in his office. A surprise ending.
