The Train doesn't stop - on the field or off.
I'm riding the rails to the big leagues, touchdown after touchdown, and no one gets in my way.

So why do they call me the Train? Well they don't - not really. Something's called the train, but it isn't me. The Train's a thing of legend on campus. All the girls know it, and they all want a ride.

But endless line of college co-eds hurling themselves at my feet is getting stale. The Train needs a new challenge, and that's her.

Gonna DNF this one. I just kept getting confused with what the author was doing here. The heroines a virgin, the heroines not a virgin. Her friend hints at it, she doesn't deny it, then talk about her crazy days at college being a slut, then saying "Just because I kept myself mostly virginal..." Like WTF does that mean?

After all that wishy washy it just didn't hold my interest. Moving on...

Trevor is the king of the campus and he is called the Train being the star quarterback and he can get all the women he wants but he and his buddy make a bet that he can pick up a woman in this office bar.
Stephanie hates drinking but her friend begged her so she goes so just when she has had enough Trevor walks in and the bar doesn’t seem e so bad. When this drunk guy hits on her Trevor steps in and stops him. Well Trevor and Stephanie go back to her place and they have the best night ever but when she wakes in the morning he’s gone. When she gets to her new job as a assistant professor she is a little late so she gets assigned to tutor a football player..Trevor. You can not fraternize with the students so she tries to get out of it but the professor insists. Trevor and Stephanie now have to figure out do they let their attraction go or adhere by the rules.

I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book. What a hot and steamy read. I have read all of Ms Avery's books and this is just another fabulous read. Trevor and Stephanie have so much chemistry. They meet one night and have such a connection and end up at her place for what they both realize is so different from anything they have ever experienced before. They find themselves the next day meeting again. Trevor is the star football player at the college he attends and Stephanie has just started as a TA at the same college. She finds herself assigned as his tutor. Problem is there is no fraternizing between students and staff. Both have a decision to make. Do they continue their not forbidden romance or put an end to it? Seems Trevor is having none of that. He wants Stephanie and will stop at nothing to keep her. This was a hot, sexy and well written story. I really enjoyed it and the great HEA. Looking forward to more books by Ms Avery.

I liked the latest from Autumn Avery. When Stephanie returns to her hometown to work at the college as a professor's assistant and to get some experience under her belt the last thing she thought would happen was meeting Trevor and then finding out he is the star of the college football team and their connection is forbidden. Trevor is used to girls throwing themselves at him and not having to work to hard to get the payout, but Stephanie is different and he finds he doesn't mind putting in the work. Yet when he finds out he is suspended from the football team due to grades and will need a tutor to get through his English class the last one he expected was Stephanie. These two are hot together and yet Trevor pulls out the sweet card when he needs to show Stephanie just how much she means to him and how little he thinks of the rule about them not being able to be together. Trevor is the star running back for the team, and Stephanie is assistant professor who is assigned to help Trevor get his grades up. Trevor will stop at nothing to get what he wants and that is Stephanie. Will their taboo student / teacher relationship stand a chance? No spoilers; this is an absolute must read, you will not be disappointed!
Autumn is one of my favourite authors, and I highly recommend her work for all readers. This story is filled with excitement, thrills, twists and love, and I was hooked and intrigued from the very beginning. Amazing work Autumn!

Oops! What do you do when your first one night stand turns out to be your student? Well you put up a token fight, because it's the right thing to do and the college has a no fraternization policy. However Stephanie and Trevor can't keep their hands off each other. They've fallen hard for one another.

You need to read this fun, sexy and sweet student/teacher story, and see how Trevor fights for his girl and their HEA.

My favorite type of books are a good girl who gets with a sexy athlete. Stephanie is a college graduate who goes back to college to as a teacher assistant. Trevor is the all star football player who has the world at his fingertips but had to fight his way to get there.
When Trevor sees Stephanie for the first time he knows she’s different then any girl he ever meet. And the night they share together is one they will never forget. But as luck would have it the relationship is forbidden. But the never stops the Train from getting what he wants.

Loved this book. To me, this author is one of the best sports romance writers! Stephanie and Trevor meet at a bar and one thing leads to another...Next thing you know, Stephanie is his Assistant Professor assigned to help him bring his grades up to passing standards. In a way it's forbidden because of the rule against teacher-student relationships but they are around the same age. Trevor was definitely hot for teacher 😜

After spending one night with assistant professor Stephanie, college running back Trevor aka Train knows he isn't letting her get away; and despite the rule against teacher/student fraternization, Stephanie just can't tell him no. Train is a sexy, funny, sweet romance with a man completely devoted to satisfying his woman. This is a very entertaining hot read and I loved it.

Trevor is a well known college football star at AU. He has no trouble getting woman but these woman aren't Stephanie. Stephanie is a twenty two year old assistant teacher at AU. There attraction for one another is on Fire. However they can't date due to the school policy. How will they handle this situation?

Trevor"the train" appears to be brainless self indulged jock, just out to score his next chick. Until he is at the bar and meets self proclaimed nerd Stephanie, who has no idea how sexy she is. A passionate 1 night stand leads to complications and discoveries that each of them are more than they thought. Great read full of hot scenes and drama.

A good read. I'm not a fan of people calling themselves sluts, even in the throes of passion, though. The heroine seemed a little immature for a 22 yr old and the hero seemed a little to over-inflated. But all in all it wasn't a bad book at all. *I voluntarily read an advanced copy for an honest review.*

This was an adorable story. It had several different plot twists. Trevor aka Train is a football beast. Stephanie is a sweet, nerdy assistant professor. One night in a bar is all it takes! Perfect ending too!

Lots of hot and steamy scenes. Trevor and Stephanie start hot and heavy, not knowing who the other is. They keep it hot and heavy even when they know who the other is. Awesome read! Enjoy!!!

Stephanie Casey returns home as the new assistant professor teaching at Aaronsville University.
Trevor is the star running back at the above aforementioned school. No, they don't actually meet there. They meet at a bar.
Stephanie and her long time friend Emma are out having drinks trying to kick start Stephanie's love life, when Trevor and his teammate, linebacker, Dustin, arrive. Just when it looks like the night is a bust, Stephanie meets Trevor. Stephanie is a nerd. A shy, sexy, gorgeous nerd. She knows she's a nerd, but the gorgeous and sexy part? Not so much. Trevor, in contrast , is an egotistical player who goes by the nickname Train, for more reasons than one. Women fall at his feet. Stephanie? Not so much. Trevor realizes, early on, that Stephanie is not the type of girl he's used to. If he wants to get to know her better, he's going to have to work harder. He does and they spend the night together. Stephanie thinks she's found her Prince Charming. Too bad he's really a cocky player who apparently doesn't feel the same as she does.
Fast forward to the next morning. Trevor is gone.
Trevor needs tutoring if he wants to continue playing ball and is assigned Assistant Professor Casey. Yes, Assistant Professor Stephanie Casey. Stephanie realizes Trevor is one of her students. That's not their only problem though. The University has a strict policy regarding non-fraternization between student and teacher. Now that's going to be a hard one to explain. Especially when Trevor realizes he needs to claim Stephanie as his.
