Yes. Yes. Yes.
Reverse harem. Reluctant mafia princess. Three hot in their own ways mafia under bosses. Agh. This was so good. It’s just a smutty little novella, but it has everything it needs to. It made me laugh a little, it made me gasp a little, and it was naughty too. It ends in a to be continued...but the second story is already out, so I’m ready for it.

So. I am a bit disappointed I have to say. Mostly because there was lots and lots of potential for me. But none of it was really well taken care of.
For the amount of things happening, it should have been way longer. This way the author would have had time to develop at leaste some of the characters. And this could have been SO good. But even the heroine, which we get to know of most, stays absolutely dull and flat. And this is such a shame, since especially in the end she showed that she could be interesting.
The characterisation of the three mafia princes was non existant... and I loath this fact. With only a Bit of character building I could have had lots of fun.
All in all it was an okay read, but for me really frustrating. There were lots of points I could have found interesting, but the author simply didn't develop and of it into satisfying plot, characters or world Building. Just because there were some Erotic moments, you can't simply neglect those. This is only allowed in porn.

Sinister and captivating
I've been waiting what feels like forever for a reverse harem book with mobsters. Here it is and holy hell was it hot!
There's hot alpha men, a main character who is reluctant to rejoin her mafia family, and violence. It was everything I was hoping for and more.
My only complaint is it wasn't long enough and book 2 isn't out yet.

Any book with a sentence this sublime is a must read!
Adelasia is an exceptional character. A girl that looks like a sweet Italian seductress wearing her rosary, but she has a streak of darkness in her that should be feared. She's smart, calm, clever, resourceful. If these men underestimate her I believe they will regret it, if they live that long. The three sons are dark, powerful, beautiful men. They will be good with her, but only if they are true. Her father, his second, the capos, they don't need mentioning. They play their role, but are insignificant in comparison to what Adelasia will be. And Bo and Adelasia's friends aren't worthy of even that much recognition. May they grovel one day.
Confession time, I realize that most little girls want to marry Prince Charming when they grow up, I wanted to marry a Mafia Don. Seriously. I didn't see the seedy, lethal side, only the romance of "the family", speakeasies. and powerful men. So this is the reverse harem I have been waiting for. The fact that it is written by one of my favorite authors in the genre makes it perfect. This is the series that will bring my childhood fantasies and join them with my adult ones. I can't wait for the next installment.

Easy and quick to read, with some reverse harem and mafia in the mix, two things I love reading about.
I did however have a few problems with this novella: - SPOILERS AHEAD-
- I think the MC is a doormat-idiot. Her boyfriend has been cheating on her for two years, even has a baby with her a best friend, a baby who the MC sees with some frequency and looks like her bf, and she doesn't even have the slight suspicion? I find that hard to believe.
- The MC's personality isn't believable at all, from the moment she finds out her bf is cheating on her she completely changes. From a lawyer who fights for equal and animal rights, to a cold-blooded murderess?
- The sex scene, so memorable...wait, not really.
It completely baffled me how her vagina stretched to fit two penises. No, I'm not joking, that's exactly what happens.
Look, here's what I usually expect during a sex scene of a menage book: one penis per hole. Am I being to raunchy? I don't think so, I mean, if you've read this book I'm sure you've read worse. Besides vaginal sex, a blowjob, and even backdoor sex, that's usually what we get from these sort of books. It's a menage after all, with three men. That's usually how you keep three men entertained at the same time.
What I don't expect is two penises on a freaking vagina! Unless you're elastic woman. That whole sex scene seemed to be taken out of a low-cost redtube video, where the poor porn actress is pretending she's loving it, when she's probably wishing to go home and ice her mistreated cooter.
-Besides, she has sex with three men and only gets off once? I feel sad for her. The guys obviously must need a map.
- Last problem I had with this book, again the author doesn't seem like she actually researched correctly about Italian expressions, I don't speak Italian, but I can however assure you, no one in their right mind says in Italian: "I want to have sex with you." - that is just weird, you don't really say it in English either. Please, please, either do a well-done research, get a good editor, or don't write in a foreign language you obviously have no knowledge of. It's so awkward.
With that being said, since I'm a sucker for pain, I'm reading the second book.

Normally I wouldn't have gotten this book, but this was one of the books Stunich offered for free to help us through the quarantaine. And I have to admit that it's kinda hard to judge a book, knowing that it's officially unpublished and will be revised. It's even harder to judge this book, since I've heard that it will no longer be the entire book. The first three books together will become the new first book. That said, let's give this reviewing thing a try.
Once more this is a book that has nothing to do with me or who I am. The Mafia scene is a "far away from me" scene and the world of murder, revenge and plotting is not one I'd be happy with. I already knew that going into the book, but with the hardrock roots series that worked out pretty well. In this first book of the Mafia Queen series it wasn't THAT successful.
Mostly because this first book clearly is the set up of everything. We get to know the characters, the players on the chessboard and we get to see how our main heroine makes the transition from the normal life she had made for herself back into the mafia world. There is some mention of a rat she has to find and some weird things going on, but it's not really playing a huge part.
And since both the world and the characters aren't really my thing, I missed that one element that could hold my attention. It was well written, it was amusing and I didn't read it because I had to and not once did I feel like quitting. But this was not addictive. If I had bought the book, I'm not sure if I had bought the second installment.
However, since the first installment was rather short. And since the second one was free too. I already read that one today too and I discovered that that one already worked better for me.

By this point, C.M. Stunich has become one of my favorite authors, hands down. Her writing is great and so far not one of her work has let me down.
And so Lure was no exception. Reverse harem and mafia romances are two of my favorite genres, or sub-genres, but I've never read a book that could fall in both of these categories. So imagine how ecstatic I was when I saw that Stunich was indeed working on one.
The MC surprised me. I loved the fact that she turned out to be more than she appeared to be in the beginning. Adelasia had a backbone and was in no way a doormat heroine which proved not only useful as she had to seduce three mafia bosses but also made the book more enjoyable to read.
Marcell, Lucky and Caj were all intriguing and I can't wait to read more about them, and find out which one is the traitor.
Overall, the book was short but it didn't feel like only a prologue, like some other short serials sometimes do and I enjoyed it a lot. Looking forward to reading Lavish!

CM is an author that no matter what she writes I will one-click without hesitation, seeing that she wrote a mafia book, I was intrigued and no doubt had to read and holy hell I wasn’t disappointed. Adelasia is a mafia princess who has tried to get out of the mafia world but now is sucked back in by her father. Her father wants her to date 3 sexy as sin underbosses, Caj, Lucky & Marcello and when they together it’s scorching hot. I’m dying to know what will happen next for Adelasia, Caj, Lucky & Marcello. Another 5 Star read that I couldn’t put down.

This is a great start to a new kick-ass reverse harem series! I want Lucky, Caj and Marcello in my harem!
Adelasia thought she left the life of mafia princess behind when she left for college. Now ,at 29, she has a career and a serious boyfriend, but a summons from her father, the head of the most powerful mafia family in America, threatens the life she has built away from the mob.
Adelasia's father wants nothing less than her to use her feminine wiles to seduce not one, but three mafia princes, each from a rival family. To protect herself, her friends, and to hopefully one day return to her life, she has to find a way to please her father and seduce three very dangerous hot men. But Adelasia finds that the darkness she has tried to bury, the princess she used to be, may be easier to embrace than she thought, with the encouragement of three hot made-men.

Spoiler Zone, Table for one
Um. I have no words. I keep thinking, “god, this book isn’t for me” and then i read it and it’s. for. me. Rock Hard Beautiful, Allison, Hard Rock Roots..., EVERY TIME. This is no different.
As always, here are my thoughts, as they happened:

I love a good, sad book. I hope this book is at least a little sad.
Legit, I hide chocolate in my tampon box. Although my husband has zero problems with tampons so if he really wanted to look, he could find it. Not that he likes chocolate. Don’t ask why I hide it.
Um. Take my money. I’m here for this book.
Ohhhh, of course the guy that took her virginity is there.
Ugh. Men are pigs. Friends suck. This is why I only like 2 people in the world.

C.M. Stunich has done it again with the first installment in her Mafia Queen serial series! This is the first mafia book I've come across in the reverse harem genre and it is SO GOOD. Adelasia is a compelling heroine and Marcell, Caj, and Lucky are deliciously sinful. And I cannot believe where C.M. went with that steamy scene! I'm blushing just thinking about it! In addition to the captivating characters and spicy scenes, the author has built the foundation for an intriguing mafia plotline. I'm dying to know what happens next!
This is one of very few authors that I will one-click on a serial for. I will get my grabby hands on each Mafia Queen installment the moment they release. I'm hooked! On top of that, this first one is a fairly long serial installment at 100+ pages! So don't let the word "serial" scare you away from trying this new series. If you love yourself an alpha bad boy (make that multiple alpha bad boys), a confident leading lady, and a gripping storyline, you must read Lure!

Adelasia's father wants to bring her back into the fold in order to find a spy and join the four mafia families together. She wants nothing more than to turn her back on what he wants because she's worked hard to establish a life outside of the mafia. But she knows she can't and stay alive!
Lure is a quick read that takes you on the journey of Adelasia adjusting to the idea of dating three men while at the same time trying to figure out how she can get back to her life. After discovering some unsettling news from her 'normal' life she jumps in head first into her old world.
I loved the book but found it too short for my likes. CM Stunich is a master at painting her world in her books and I just can't get enough.

A good Mafia reverse harem read
If you like mafia books and multiple males, this is the book for you. A Mafia princess who tried to turn her life around and live a straight edged life gets sucked back into the mafia life style.
I wanted to give mafia style books another try because I actively don't like them. I like the good guys too much to truly get into the story. I figured a reverse harem mafia book by one of my favorite authors would do the trick. I still don't like mafia stories but this was a wonderful book. I'm even debating about following this series because I truly want to find out who their enemies are.

I'm even debating about following this series because I truly want to find out who their enemies are.

Whoa!
This was fast, hot and captivating! I loved it. Adelasia is a kicka$$ mafia princess! She’s been forced back into the family fold, to help her crime boss father, find a rat. She’s not happy about being used in such a way. Her dad wants her to date three men. Each man is the son of another crime boss. They need to find the rat and unite, to keep “international influencers”, from taking over their turf. Adelasia is given to them to enter into a polyandry marriage of sorts. I can’t mention more without ruining the story. It’s a great story and I can’t wait to read part two!

Lazy Harem
This was another fabulous romp into the RH world, this time with the backdrop of the mafia. Adelasia is the last in her crime family line and her father plans to use her as his pawn. Adelasia starts out pushing back against the darkness from her past, pretending to be a happy, normal woman. By the end, she has accepted her mafia side and we see her as the bad ass she was always meant to be. I would’ve given it 5 stars, because it’s fabulous, but I wished for more of a glimpse into the three men that make up Lazy’s harem. I know the series is shorter than CM’s normal books, so hopefully I’ll get more as the story progresses!

Omg amazing
Ok so I've been a fan of cm stunich's work for a long time and each one of her books is just raw and dirty and I just love it. This is my first Maria reverse and let me just say that this book was amazing. This mafia queen was trying to live this normal life but deep down I think she knew that this life was always what she was meant to be. To rule yo conquer and it doesn't hurt that she has those 3 sinfully sexy men near her. I mean what more is there. I definitely can't wait to read what happens next.

Lured Me Right In
I’m not much for Mafia books or serials but I took a chance with CM because her books are always different and she know how to lure you into the story. Adelasia is a daughter doing her father bidding when all she wants is a normal life. But she damn good at being the boss! Caj, Lucky and Marcell. Wow! Yum! They are in for a ride with Adelasia and I don’t think they quite know it.
This book doesn’t really have a cliffhanger but it does leave you with questions.

God, I loved this! Needs more than five stars!
Hot d*mn! A series of novellas by C. M. Stunich!! It just doesn't get any better! And this one started out with a bang (gang-bang actually). Adelesia has fought hard to get away from her family's life but she's getting pulled back in. And a betrayal in her idyllic life just pushes her faster towards the old ways. But she has help in the form of three smokin' hot mobsters.
I am so excited for this series! Loved this first book and just can't wait to read the next one!

Okay so another Stunich book which I have been lured into reading and although this book was so short - normal something I get really annoyed at- I can't say I regret getting started with this series. I loved our main character, I love her determination and the way that she buts her all into whatever she has set her mind to - her career, her relationships etc. I her attitude to the mafia lifestyle it was almost like, 'if you can't escape them, I might as well get stuck right into help them then'. I just can't wait for the next book!

Lure is definitely not exactly what I expected starting this book and by reading the description but it does have a really good start to this series. I was a little disappointed at the length of the novel (thank you kindle unlimited) so be warned if you are picky about the books you buy, but this definitely has the characters and plot to make up for it.
I am excited to see where this series heads, because I think it has a great setup so far!
Definitely a good pick for those interested in the RH genre.

Yes please!! I thoroughly enjoyed this beginning. It's got intrigue, danger, betrayal, and some major steam!! Definitely looking forward to the next installment, and I don't generally get into miniseries. Of course, with a miniseries, there isn't a ton of character development, but that usually occurs over the course of the books. Here we get to meet the main characters, get a little back story (smith to keep you biting at the bit for more), and are introduced to the main plot. Looking forward to reading how this progresses.

Short but Sweet!
Oh how I love me some C.M. Stunich books! I was surprised by this little miniseries and am itching to start the second! Lazy is going to be one of her finest female characters ever. You don’t see her coming until almost the end of the book and then boom the badass mafia queen just drops out of nowhere! From the brief introduction of Her kings they are going to be fire 🔥 together. The chemistry they shared together was so damn hot 🥵! But who is betraying them? My heart can’t take it! Onto the next book I go! Happy reading everyone, you won’t be disappointed!

Omg what an explosive start to a new serial! I seriously could not put it down.
Adelasia is a lawyer working for animal rights, living with her boyfriend and trying to forget where she comes from, life is good, until it all comes crashing down around her.
A sexy steamy mafia story with danger excitement intrigue and twists you don't see coming. This is a fabulous read that you won't want to put down, I highly recommend this book and I cannot wait for the next instalment

If you are looking for a H-O-T read, this is the place.
But more then that, I was impressed with the story. One about how your can’t always escape your upbringing.
Stunich’s writing is always colorful and she carefully chooses words so that each character is distinct. The guys all have their own personality and it shows.
I was expecting—read as wishing—for a longer story, but alas, it’s not always possible.

It was amazing!!!!
Omg this book seriously i have no idea how C.M. Stunich does it!!! This was absolutely amazing:) It had action, a gunfight, hot mafia guys and of course some hit sexy time🔥🔥I cant wait for the next book to see what happens and hopefully find out who the rat is (i hope its none of the guys cause i am already attached to them) and that twist with Bo😡 i hope he gets whats coming to him!!
