PART ONE: TWO BRIGHT LIGHTS Ranger-Captain Alleria Windrunner and High General Turalyon’s disappearance was not the end of their last war, but rather the beginning of a new and more terrible one.
PART TWO: THE EMERALD STAR After joining the Army of the Light, Alleria and Turalyon’s war against the Burning Legion took them all the way to the seat of the demons’ power: Argus.
PART THREE: SHADOW AND LIGHT The Burning Legion is attacking Azeroth. The Army of the Light is on the verge of defeat. Alleria and Turalyon are on opposite sides of the cosmos, desperately searching for the key to ending Sargeras’s crusade.
This brings back joyful memories, of endless hours playing world of warcraft first expansion "The burning crusade" since 2007.
The audio drama aims to fill the gape during the events of the second war and the closing of the dark portal Draenor (Outland), while narrating unexplored lore for two of the most obscure characters in the Warcraft universe; the story of Alleria & Turalyon.

Even if you are not a fan of the Warcraft universe or a new comer, this might tease your interest in fantasy and try playing the game (World of Warcraft) itself.

A short story filling in the gaps in what happened to Alleria and Turalyon. Made me like Alleria even more (and Xe'ra less). It's well produced, and read by one of my favourite narrators, Stephen Pacey.
A pleasant little audiobook/short-story about two of Warcraft's biggest lore characters. A bit of a historical preamble to the conclusion of the Legion expansion, giving us context of the issues between the Light and Void/Shadow; bringing in that typical balance between two halves to make a whole.
Absolutely loved this audio drama, did not expect it to be so informative and nicely written. I only started consuming extra lore outside of the game itself and this gives me hope for the novels I plan to read in the near future.
This little audio drama is set before the last part of the Legion expansion, and it was a joy to listen to. If you missed out on this little nugget of lore, as I did, and you enjoyed Legion, again as I did, I'm sure you will enjoy this. X'era reforging Turalyon and saying the same things she would later say when attempting to do the same to Illidan had me sitting here going "I AM MY SCARS", and in general I just really, really enjoyed this. It's a wonderful production, lots of voice actors, music cues and sound effects straight from the game, and I imagine I will re-listen to this in the future.
This short story was published on Youtube by Blizzard Entertainment. Telling the untold story of what happened to the characters of Alleria and Turalyon during the events of the Second War and World of Warcraft: Legion. If you’re playing WoW: Legion spend an hour or two to listen to this three-part series.
A truly amazing tale of two of the most interesting characters in all of warcrafts lore, told in an engaging and professional way by all involved with this audio drama, to the point were I pleaded that the actors for the characters in this, voiced the characters in the game!
I find myself listening to this audio drama again from time to time. The narration is on point, it’s such a good introduction to WoW for characters as legendary as Alleria and Turalyon are. I feel like it only gets better as time passes and these characters take a more center stage in the story.
