That was nice and wholesome! I haven't played any of the original Tomb Raider games so the fact that it apparently was a retread of the plot in the first one didn't bother me, in fact I found it quite interesting. Pity the finale was resolved a bit too easily and almost on its own - this and the fact that action scenes were a bit clumsy are my biggest complains about this story. But you don't (or at least I don't) read femslash shipping fanfics for the action, you (I) read it for the feels! And it delivers! The banter and relationship between Lara and Sam was very sweet and entertaining. It contained all the usual tropes but I didn't mind, even if I found myself screaming "kiss her, dammit!" at them. Now onto the Dreaming!
