An interesting book about the human brain. The basic stuff I mostly knew already, but the core of this book was that by understanding the brain you can understand yourself and spot moments when your brain is actually acting against your best interest. It also presented amazing visual tricks and totally counter-intuitive riddles. It explained why the first chocolate piece tastes like heaven, the second delicious, the third very good etc. and the last is like eating cardboard. It also included a simple personality test with advice for each type. The results were not a suprise: I already knew I am introvert and 'nice' and liberal and unorganised/sloppy and non-perfectionist and intelligently curious. But I was intrigued to know I'm exactly in the middle in the "coping with negative feelings" spectrum.
