Going into my third year as a public servant and found it very useful

This was SUCH a good read!
Trawled through uni 1001 subjects to find a good textbook to give me a bit of an 'academic' background to work, and definitely did not regret it. It's really succinct and written in a very conversational, easy to follow manner with lots of practical applications I actually find useful at work.
