Aww, those books with ‘once upon a time’ tales from faraway lands.

The first sight of this book did put a smile on my face.

Children’s stories take you to a world where there is always hope. Where there are many friends to play with, hands to hold while you walk through difficult roads and shining lights to guide you towards the happiness even when there are so many shadows lurking around.

Both the stories are really nice. It got beautiful illustrations; the narration is easy to understand by young children. The worksheet at the end is also very thought-provoking and creative. The pages are super glossy and I don’t think watercolour or sketch pens could be used for painting as it might bleed or smudge. Depending on the age group this book is intended for; crayons might do a decent job.
